Had a great time staying at this property. The staff were very helpful as well as understanding when i spoke to them. The property is near several convenience stores and was walking distance to the train station as well as some major sight seeing locations. Clean and tidy and loved the bathroom in the evening for a relaxing bath.

It states "Hotel" through Expedia but it is more like authentic vacation home. Great for two people, heating was spotty, great Tea room and smoke area in back patio.
Very close to Inari Shrines and JR station lines and a 3min walk from a grocery store.

A great place to visit the south/east side of Kyoto. Lovely building with good facilities and a cute garden as the pictures show.
We stayed in mid/late February and found that it was rather cold, but this is normal for residential buildings in Japan. The air conditioner was used to heat the house and this was adequate.
This is a spacious option for 2-4 people and a welcome change from western style hotels that tend to be more cramped.
