They provide an amazing pick-up service with one caveat; they sent the WRONG PHONE NUMBER to call. (The correct number is able to be found on the internet easily, I am just not very smart) When you call the number they send, it tells you the number doesn't exist. I had to take a bus up to the place, and then walk uphill in the dark with my luggage for about 20 minutes. They give you a convenient book that tells you the Bus station information desk can call them. But they didn't send this information in the 3 messages they send you. But they do give you the wrong phone number twice. They should include this information in this email as it will help a lot. This problem made my experience quite stressful. But it is something they can easily fix. So I still recommend this place. I particularly recommend this place with larger groups, as the cabins are spacious. They are cleaned well, and the kitchen is very convenient for cooking. The bathtubs were good, and the water was nice and hot!! Very hot water, I'm very happy with that.

The room was very large and had 2 floors, which we can choose either to sleep on normal single bed or futon. It also had two restrooms which was good if you travel with the group. The hotel served us simple breakfast with breads, veggie soup, juices & coffee at the room which was very nice although it was a bit too much for us. A few cons here would be the location of each room which is uphill and it wasn't pleasant to drag all heavy luggage to the room while check out time was a bit too early compared to other hotels we stayed.

It was amazing stay. Clean and comfortable with Fuji Mountain View. We will come again later.

We were a party of 8. We arrived early before check-in time and the hotel allowed us to drop off our luggage. The check-in was smooth and they have staff who spoken English and Chinese. We requested for bbq and it was setup in almost no time. We finished the bbq and went into the cottage to warm up for about 30 mins and by the time we came out to clear the pit, the hotel staff had already cleared it. The cottage was clean and well equipped. We could see Mt Fuji from the front as well as the upper rooms. We did not use the onsen. Overall, we are very happy with our stay. Will definitely consider stay here again especially if the group is big.

Definitely have to come here if you're driving. Forest was just right behind the room, making you relaxed away from the bustling Tokyo.

Great cottage at the hillside with a fantastic view of the lake and Mt Fuji. Paid breakfast was good and delivered to your cottage at your preferred time. However, we had to pay extra utilities bill of JPY2640 when we check out of the place. Wasn’t quite expecting that we have to pay these extras though.

This place exceeded our expectations; an amazing view from a spacious accommodation, extremely friendly staff, delicious shabu shabu...and all for an amazing prize. I’ll definitely be back with friends.

this was a lovely place for a large extended family holiday. The cottages were really spacious, clean and well equipped. They supplied prepared food for a barbecue one evening and for a crab hot pot on the next evening There was lots of food and it was great sitting out together on the deck cooking drinking and laughing. The staff were excellent and some spoke English our stay could not have been improved. It was good in every way

The place is so beautiful, peaceful. If you want a place to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city, this is it! Fully equipped.

Quite sad that we arrive at 10 so we miss the onsen there. The environment was amazing, especially when we could see Mountain Fuji from our cottage. The breakfast was also great - it was brought to us in the morning at a time we specified when we check in. The stew tasted fresh and flavourful! After we read the guide, we found out that if we ask the staff at Kawaguchi station, they would notify the hotel and send someone to pick us up. If we have arrived early, we would not be taking taxi instead!

The place was very clean and the amenities are great. There’s a full kitchen and a barbecue area as well. The view would have been amazing if not for the bad weather. I’ll definitely consider this place again for future vacations.

The CP value is super high. Environment is very great. The cottage is so beautiful and neat.

Love the size of the cottages and the location. View of Mount Fuji amazing. Bit annoying to have to pay extra for electricity and the hot baths as accommodation is expensive but the hot baths were amazing so worth it in the end. Staff very friendly.

we love the house which is so spacious and facing the Fuji Mount only one thing to comment is breakfast. They were nearly similar for our two days of stay. It would be much better if you could change the menu especially the soup

I had very great vacation. Nice view, services and the room was so large for big family group. This might be better if the owner had shown the map of rooms's location in the hotel which I can choose the best available one. (However, luckily, I got a great location one)

The cottage very beautiful and well maintained. The only down side is we were arranged to stay in the highest hillside and farthest cottage which can not reach by car and need to climb the stair. It a bit difficult for my parent. Public bath also located very far from my cottage, have to go by the same way and climb the same stair.

Lovely cottage and great location to see Mt Fuji.
