Very good value for the money. Staff very polite and helpful. Newish rooms, you have everything you need. Breakfast pretty good, big variety. Affordable and good location, close to Tokyo station and imperial palace.Overall I would say it is very good value for the money.

The overall experience was a five stars rating. What I like: - staff are very attentive and helpful - location is very convenient. some said that it's in the middle of all the metro stations but not close of any of them, which is not very accurate. It's just 3-4 minutes walk from A8 exit of Mitsukoshimae eki station. And the day I checkout it was raining and I didn't have an umbrella (btw the hotel provides umbrellas to guests as well) but by taking the advantage of walking under the elevated railway track I could stay dry for my walk from the hotel to the Tokyo station, with just a few hundred meters not covered. - it has a 24 hours convenient store and also a 24 hours local restaurant just across the road opposite to the hotel. What I don't like: - the air conditioning is centralized. I personally don't like heat but it was winter time guess they only provides heat. I then had to open the window but since it very close to the raliway track it was kind of noisy by doing that but otherwise the room was quite when the window was shut. It's a very good hotel for participants running Tokyo Marathon by the way.
