Ki has the good location which you can ski in & out. Good services and hospitality. Just the restaurant is a bit small. You may need to queue in the morning.

there are also people to help store the equipment.

相當有質感也相當乾淨的飯店，很適合悠閒慢活的旅行。

職員十分細心，跟進有關需要

房間寬闊，空間很大，房內設備齊全，有機會再住

早餐一般，餐廳職員安排欠奉。 但酒店位置方便，一出門口便是滑雪場！ 亦有穿梭巴士來往JR及超市...... 房間寛敞，廚房用具一應俱全⋯⋯ 酒店服務員熱情友善，大多用英語溝通。 價格略高，但適合一家出行。

設備非常完善。服務人員非常親切

All the staff are polite. They serve their guests well. Since we do not speak Japanese, they helped a lot in booking of restaurant and arrangement of transportation.

服務人員殷勤有禮，房間整潔，早餐不錯，位置在滑雪場傍，非常方便

This is definitely a perfect place to stay. Room is really comfortable and the staff treat us so politely. The hot spring is also very good! The room we chose to stay had a big French window which has a perfect view of Youteizan. Overall I higy recommend this hotel!

Nice but not convenient.

Staff are helpful and very nice. We did not expect that hotel would be able to provide seasoning for cooking. When my little girl went to the front desk to ask for some seasoning, the staff could immediate provide for her and even told her if not enough we can call them send to our room. This is the first time we try to play firework in Japan but we did not sure where’s the right place to play. When we check with the staff in front desk, they can help to check for us and lead us how to go to the right place in fluent English. Their helps made our trip more joyful.

Superb good service and nice food dining in their restaurant

房間不要挑面滑雪場的，看不到羊蹄山。注意訂房時房間的大小。有免費的洗衣房可始用，非常貼心。

早餐連吃4天幾乎都一樣，好吃，但有點膩了

Their name means wood. I personally love their clean wood theme. Service is perfect and I could say their service is much better than lots of other so called 5-star hotel.

連續住宿6天，但床單都沒有天天更換，房內瓶裝水也有一天沒一天的，廁所小垃圾桶也沒有天天倒乾淨，希望改善！ 畢竟ㄧ晚要價不菲！

员工服务热情有礼，房间宽敞明亮，就在雪场的门口，是来二世谷滑雪的好选择！价格稍贵了一点。

服務有一定的水準，但是有些櫃檯的服務人員，比較沒有熱情一點，多問一些問題，就有一些不耐煩的神情，算是美中不足之處。
