Excellent facility and service!

Very nice property everything was clean staff was excellent.

Check out time at 10. Wish it were 11. Bathtub was small, not like other hotels that have a larger soaking bath. No laundry facilities, unlike many hotels in Japan. Bed a little to firm for me.

Wonderful Customer Service, great location, with proximity to several restaurants and shopping. Comfortable bed, and several great amenities.

The staff is very supportive.

Kichijoji is a great area. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, Inokashira Park, shopping and numerous restaurants and bakery/cafes. On the ground floor of the hotel there are small shops and an eatery. I had requested an additional softer pillow and it was brought to my room right away. We would definitely stay again!

I liked the easy access to the shops, train station and park. Was also conveniently positioned half way between shopping district and family I was visiting.

Great place to stay while in Tokyo. We love the Kichijoji neighborhood for shopping and good eats. This hotel has great family rooms and breakfast is good. This is our third stay here and we’ll likely come again!

Great staff despite our inability to communicate in Japanese. Front desk even helped us to track down a package that we had sent from Amazon. They went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I took a star off for room cleanliness as there was a used popsicle stick left on the headboard of our bed by the previous guest. The rest of the room was immaculate.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Also near ABC Market. Food are cheap and good.

Spacious and clean. Moderate queen room was a good value. A good option if you want to stay in the neighborhood. Kichijoji has a very nice vibe compared to the more central neighborhoods in Tokyo. My only complaint was the 5000 yen fee to check out an hour later, at 12pm. Not an unreasonable amount but this is also the only time I’ve been charged this fee in my many trips to Japan.

The rooms overlooking the atrium wrre vrry dark so needed lights on at all times

Great location. Attractive property. My only complaint is the noise. The rooms are not soundproof. It did get quieter around 11PM
