清水三年坂酒店

地點不錯就在二三年坂這，離清水寺又很近，是屬於自助式的方式住宿

非常棒,採自助入住即便是深夜的班機也沒問題 浴室可以烘乾衣服超級實用 房間坪數也蠻大的

位置在清水寺旁邊，所以拖著行李不太方便。房間在三樓，沒有電梯，不方便。 因爲下午5點之後就沒有服務人員，住宿前沒接到入住通知(通知放鑰匙保險櫃密碼)，電話不好打通，也沒有其他聯絡方式，最後雖然入住，但是整體入住感覺非常不好。下次除非沒地方住，否則不會選擇這裡。

6點過後附近商家都休息了，很安靜的休息環境，帶小孩出遊或是不太有夜生活的家庭非常適合。建議晚上準備個點心(宵夜)餓了可以吃

離想去的景點非常近！

住的地方離清水寺很近，離街上熱鬧地方也不遠。晚上就很安靜，住的地方雖不大，麻雀雖小 五臟俱全。

Excellent location, very calm, good value for many but the reception was notooccupied, no dishes although we had a kitchen, the promised luggage storage was not available.

Great place to stay, in Kyoto, is a bit of a walk from the nearest bus and not close to many train lines, so your stuck taking the overly packed 206 bus. The place was nice, lots of space luggage. Laundry situation was good, however there wasn’t any laundry soap, or hand soap. Dishes could be purchased I believe through the hotel. All in all I’d recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Kyoto.

It was a good value for the price and in a good location. However, if you are not able to go up the historic steps or have trouble carrying your bag, it may not be an ideal location to stay in. There are no elevator as well. The AC unit also smelled bad in room 2001. Overall, fine stay, cheap price, so you get what you pay for.

This is more a residence than a hotel. The room had space and we appreciated it. But the room and the bathroom were not clean, full of dust. The corridors are also very dirty and do not give a good impression of cleaness. The location of the hotel is okay during the day but at night it is very far from any place open for eating

Our only concern was check in. We arrived before the requested time but found no one there. We discovered that we were at another property with a similar name. The next day we saw another couple with the same thing. So signage could be improved. Otherwise it's a great location and quiet night.

Top Lage in den alten Gassen mit Nähe zu Tempeln und Pagoden. Laufdistanz nach Gion. Gute Ausstattung und sehr ruhig.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Gästehaus liegt sehr zentral in Gion und zur Nacht ist es sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut!

Die eigene küche und waschmaschiene waren sehr praktisch. Die lage nahe am Tempel hat zur erkundung der umgebung eingeladen

조용하고 넓은방이 좋았다.일찍 도착해서 짐을 맡겼는데 저녁에 돌아오니 방에 올려다 주어 감사했음.화장실과 샤워실이 분리 되어있어 편함.

Relatively basic self-contained apartment but had everything we needed, including a small kitchen and washer / dryer. Located perfectly in the old town in Kyoto which was amazing for our stay, and roughly a 30 minute walk to a subway station.

Perfect base for seeing Kyoto. It's in an exceptionally busy part of Kyoto however it's off the main Street and amazes us how quiet it was considering its location. Our mini apartment had a bathroom, kitchen facilities and washer and dryer. It was spacious. It's great it you're looking for something basic to rest in. Friendly staff and easy self check in and out. It's no hassle to find either. Just use Google maps.
