Great stay at a great location!!! Everything was walking distance! Staff were nice! Rooms very clean, bed super comfy!

Great stay here in central Kobe! Loved that it was right next to Chinatown and close to public transit options. Perfectly comfortable room and facilities as well. Staff was very kind and helpful too, would definitely stay again.

Best thing about the hotel is its location, right in heart of Chinatown and close to sights and shopping. Hotel itself offers nice amenities and was a comfortable stay. It’s not that close to JR station so took a taxi to get to/from hotel.

Nothing disturbed our sleep! Great staff! Perfect option to store luggage after checkout. Not various breakfast. As for me. But it was only one negative thing. Thank you!

The location was very convenient to shopping, dining and the waterfront. I felt like I'm never more than a few minutes of where I want to go by simply walking. Rooms are nice and staff are exceptional. On certain hours, guests can use their cafeteria for free coffee and tea. Would recommend.

We loved how clean and efficient everything is. It has tons of dining and eating options, konbinis, and high end brands and low cost/affordable shopping options. The harbor is Less than 10 min away and the subway and transportation to visit other areas is within walkable distance. I totally recommend it!

This is a typical downtown hotel with a slightly larger-then-typical room and a so-so buffet. It is literally next door to the entrance to Kobe’s Chinatown and within walking distance of Sorakuen, Kobe’s lovely public park, and the waterfront sculpture park. It is also close to the Sannomiya railway station, Kobe’s transportation hub, which can be reached through a covered shopping arcade.

There is a big departmentstore near this hotel and it is convenient for me to get something there.

The room was not clean.

we stayed here from the United States, and had an easy time checking in. we also arrived early (before the check-in time) from the train station and were accommodated with out issue.

チェックインを担当してくださった年配の男性がとても親切でした。 朝食のレストランの女性も元気があって良い印象でした。 部屋は広くはないですが、1人で1泊するには十分でした。 ベッドのスプリングがいまいちだったのと、エアコンの音が気になった以外は完璧でした。 駅、南京町、商店街は徒歩数分でした。

Appreciate the lounge drinks facilities

an amazing location next to China Town with amazing food and the huge shopping mall with lots to see. Walking distance to trains and buses to all major attractions. Free tea and coffee hour in the afternoon was a bonus
