Spacious room. Very close to shopping district. Right next to Mirai Tower and Oasis21. We will stay again if we ever come back to Nagoya. Thank you Koko Hotel. 😊

A very convenient location. Clean facility. Polite staff, though one front desk lady was not knowledgeable about the refund policy, and I almost wasted 300 US dollars.

Very close to downtown and off a side street which is relatively quiet. Some staff were a little hard to deal with but others made up for it!

Spacious room. The only thing I didn’t like was the room I was given, it was on a high level but the window was facing 4 walls so ventilation wasn’t great. The central heating of the hotel meant that it got abit hot, but the hotel was able to supply me a pedestal fan. Otherwise the location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic! Near Donki, convenient store, shopping district etc, around the corner from Sakae station!

I stayed here before when it was the Trusty Hotel. It is the same structurally and is a basic hotel. But there was a strange smell in the lobby and the hallways outside of the room. I'm guessing it's from the cleaning chemicals used. My wife and I didn't like it at all.
As for the staff, they were professional and had no issues there. Good service.
The bed, room and bathroom were also good and we liked them. It was just that smell that was an issue.
