excellent in every aspect. One of the best onsen hotels we have stayed so far which we have stayed at at least 10 or more onsen hotels throughout the years in Japan. Excellent hospitality and amazing cleanliness and extremely comfortable. The photos defo don't do the hotel any justice! Although the onsen is a bit small and old and also there was no cold water. Overall, would definitely recommend the hotel!

Traditional and comfortable hotel, there is a beautiful family onsen on the ground floor. Room is very clean and tidy. The hotel facilities are new. 5 minutes walk to bus station, there are buses to JR Beppu Station, around 20 minutes.

The hotel room is comfortable and quiet. No view. It is not a bad choice, if you would like to stay in a traditional Japanese hotel. However, the hotel accepts cash only. Not a good service. It’s very inconvenient and insecure for foreign tourists to bring lots of cash. 沒view。不收信用卡，非常不方便

這次選擇了1泊2食，優點是離地獄群很近所以選擇這間旅館住宿，逛完地獄直接走回旅館，晚餐跟早餐還不錯是日式的，但露天溫泉只有一間，又很小有點失望，住宿是四個人和室，房間小要擠四個人，床墊下去剛好全滿

比想像中的溫泉差點

經濟型日式溫泉旅社

地點距離車站較遠 前往的時候位置可能不好找 建議搭計程車 約1800日圓。飯店環境普通 可以感覺出是老旅館 二樓的採光有點案暗。但距離地獄溫泉的景點近。往上爬坡5分鐘 就可以到地獄溫泉區。

很棒!唯一小缺點是只有公共區域有WIFI

Lovely stay and super attentive staff. My bed was a bit soft. The free onsen usage on site was great. The resturant appeared to have a bigger menu than the limited Shabu Shabu that was shown in English, I wish we had known about that as the other patrons food looked amazing. Lots to do in walking distance from the hotel and free parking on site.

Kunisakiso Ryocan was lovely. We ended our trip in Kyushu here, and it was very relaxing. We get to book a private bath, and the family bath is a first come first serve, so we split that between my dughter and I in the family bath whie my husband took the private bath - no bathing suits allowed. They also have a huge public bath, but my daughter would not have anything to do with that. After a few very heck days, our two night stay was a much needed rest. We missed the evening dinner reservation at the Ryocan, so the staff recommended Hama Sushi, a 5 min walk from the Ryocan. it was delicious and very reasonably priced. This spot was great because it is very close to the Hells of Beppu, which was the end of our tour from Hakata. It is a bit out of the way so we got a taxi to the YouMe mall where we found some great deals on clothing! Beppu is a much slower pace city compared to the hustle and bustle of the bigger centers. In the mist of summer, it is even more quiet, but that works to our advantage as we almost had the entire place to ourselves! The staffs were super nice and they served a delicious traditional breakfast which was greatly appreciated as this gabe is a glimpse of what lhelarhy ocals eat. We would definitely stay here again.

직원분들께서 연배도 있으신데 너무 정중히 상냥하게 맞이해 주셨습니다. 제가 바닥에서 잘 못자는데도 침구류가 정말 너~~~무 만족스러워서 깊게 잤고 가이세키도 맛있었습니다. 노천탕도 정말 만족했고 편안한 숙박이었습니다.

　温泉が素晴らしい。かけ流しで内湯、露天、貸し切り湯と堪能した。

スタッフの方々は、色々丁寧に説明してくれ、フレンドリーでした、。 お料理は、クオリティは良く2人には食べきれないくらいの量でした。 部屋が畳が古いのか、ジャージに畳の藁が切れて入ってました。ホテルドットコムの写真では、ベットの部屋が多く写っていたので（映りも良かった）多分ベットの新しい部屋を期待していましたが、和式の古い部屋でした。トイレも、芳香剤入れて欲しかった❗元々臭かったです！夜中に蚊が、1匹か？何匹？か、いて、夜中で、スタッフもよべず、かなり噛まれ、なかなか寝れなかったです。蚊取り線香を用意しといて欲しかったです。（もし、虫が多いのであれば！）値段ほどの価値は料理以外感じられなかったです。
