A deluxe and elegant hotel, with free shuttle between hotel and station. All staff are friendly and helpful, esp. those drivers. The restaurant is excellent.

Amazing property and pure seeenitt

It is a very lovely, quiet deluxe hotel set back from the street. The service was impeccable, with free shuttles at call to and from the hotel. Remember to book in advance if you are arriving from the train station as this will save you the taxi fare! The rooms are large and the public bath is a treat. Breakfast is lovely - the restaurant faces the gorgeous court yard.

This hotel is very elegant, clean and best location! Staff all so friendly and helpful, speaking English as well. We stayed 6 night have very good time. The breakfast is very good, fresh vegetables, bakery, cheese and meat, very good Japanese style breakfast as well! We like to come back again, thank you very much. We will go

The hotel staff were friendly and took care of our family. They brought extra blankets, towels, and other supplies quickly. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The room is spacious, free mini bar, the public bath is good. Hotel shuttle to the station and ski area. Just 6 mins walk to old Karuizawa.

Absolutely top notch! Room are spacious, clean and well upkept. Within walking distance to many nice small restos. Staff are friendly and can converse well in English. Def my choice of stay if we are to go back again, even with my kid. Food at French resto was excellent. It would be great if they could have more choice on their room service menu

Quiet, relaxing, clean, comfortable, hospitable, beautiful setting in middle of town. BTW, breakfast was great. What more would one want!

The service at the hotel is impeccable, from the GM to the front office staff. While there were some hiccups, as with all things, more important, they were very proactive in finding solutions and making sure that the guests are not inconvenienced.

Amazing hotel, staff is very attentive at all times and shuttle service is superb to and from Karuizawa Station (North side). Can use some improvement on hotel's wifi.

Excellent service from check-in, dining, check-out to pick-up between the hotel and train station. The room is spacious and very clean. Choices in breakfast buffet are limited but in good quality. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel with newly renovated rooms and public areas. Very friendly and helpful staff, most speak English. Great welcome on arrival with little snack and drink! The complementary shuttle service was awesome, if it was the pick up from the Shinkansen, the drop off to go skiing or the ride to a restaurant for dinner, there’s always a car available to take you around! Wish we would have stayed longer than just two nights! We will be back if time allows!
