部屋が思っていたよりも狭かったが、綺麗で良かった。

家の様な感覚でよかった

清潔で宿泊した全員が大満足の旅となりました。

仕事でおせわになりました。五階の部屋だったけど清潔で洗濯機や追い炊きできるお風呂などが便利。

This is an excellent area to stay. A short walk from the station, a convenience store nearby and lots of little ‘hole in the wall’ type bars and places to eat. The property itself, although smallish by western standards, is plenty big enough and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

良かった点 アーリーチェックインに対応いただけたところ チェックインは対面ではなく解錠方法が理解出来ればスムーズでいい 夜遅くまで観光を楽しんで帰ってきても大丈夫です（他のお客さんの迷惑にならない程度の配慮はいる） 気になった点 部屋の玄関とトイレの扉が閉めにくいところ トイレの換気扇がうるさい（窓を少し開けていれば大丈夫） 風呂桶があったらいいなと思う Netflixなどは自分が加入しているアカウントが必要 コンセントのしまりが悪くどこに差しても抜けやすい きれいに使えば使いやすいとおもいます。

階段で5階まで上り下りは苦労します。階段も狭い。 駅までは近く利便性は良い。3人で1部屋でしたが、用意された部屋がワンルームで狭い

臨機応変　な　対応をしていただけました

キッチン付きがありがたかったです。 一口コンロが少し不便でした。また、もう少し、菜箸やお皿等余分にあると良かったなと思いますが、概ね満足でした。

快適に過ごせました

It's a borderline scam. I booked and paid for 2 bedrooms with a patio on the 1st floor and was housed in the 4th floow without elevator. One decent bed and a folding bed and an old sofa which in both one felt the metals bar in ones back. Located 45-50 min from the central of Tokyo. Not worth the money!

Loved it , I can’t wait to go back my stay was so comfortable, I loved it my kids loved it . Excellent. Very clean very quiet place ❤️ made my family feel very safe and comfortable

We had a great stay; perfect for three adults (who don’t mind being cozy in one bedroom) for a family funeral. The stairs are tight to get upstairs but it was an adventure every time :). And the owners were very helpful for our last-minute reservation.

Loved the location and the property!

I loved how spacious it was even with how tiny it looked. All five of us were able to enjoy our stay. I didn’t like how the sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Tiny apartment for a family of 3 but there was everything we need and very quiet. 5 minutes walk to nearest Nishiogikubo station. Very convenient.

Wonderful apartment style hotel tucked into a lovely just out of downtown neighbourhood. It was the perfect place to stay when commuting to Shinjuku. Great grocery stores in the area and a wonderful kitchen to prepare the meals in. All the needed tools and kitchen appliance were there for us to create great meals. I would highly recommend the place for a longer visit, we stayed 2 weeks, and it was absolutely perfect. Also, the communication with the owners was top-notch. We felt very welcome and they were very responsive to our needs.

Very clean, great neighborhood, and fun to stay. Close to a number of places such as Kichijoji and Shinjuku. Customer services are excellent. Very helpful and nice.

新しくてモダンな内装ですが、とても物音が響くので、複数で利用している人たちの笑い声や騒音、深夜や早朝などの物音でたびたび眠りの妨げになりました。 下水の匂いは部屋を開けると驚くほどで、キッチンに水を流し続けることと、洗濯機に水を通すことなどで消えましたが、かなり時間がかかり、メンテナンスをしてほしいところです。他は清潔でしたが、トイレが明らかに掃除されていない汚れ方で、とても割高に感じました。
