員工很有耐心說明的很詳細，服務很周到，早餐品項超級豐富，可惜晚上太冷，房間的露天溫泉因為瓦片太冷了不夠熱，只好洗熱水澡就好，想泡溫泉的人可以去公共池，總之是很棒的住宿

Even the public bath is very good. the environment is relaxing.

The hotel placed on the higher place, with free open bath in the bedroom, large and clean. Suitable for the family with child. The breakfast have not too much choice but the taste is good, the buffet dinner with Long-leg Crab and the taste is also good. Nice good. There has free open hit spring outside and inside the room, very good and lovely. But the hotel had just changed name that the vehicle's GPS cannot found out by using the phone number and the name. We just using a much more time to found the hotel, but I believe that it will be fixed in near future. In last, I'm highly appreciated that the staff with good english and as very helpful that we just met a heavy tourble when on the hotel's way. Good experience and nice trip with this hotel.

温泉是当地有名的温泉，公共温泉有3个池，最喜欢那个洞窟温泉。
房间不大，洗手池分离，设计不是很合理。

A very nice hotel with private onsen and bathroom! We arrived the hotel at 6:30 and the dinner buffet is opned to 10:30 pm ! So no need to rush for the dinner and we enjoyed a relax night there! Only a small problem is through the GPS to find the hotel is a bit difficult .

看上伊豆Maxlive Resort Hotel,主要是被網上的介紹吸引,想找一間副有日式傳統風味及臨近天城山溪河的溫泉酒店給家人享受.入住後,住宿及環境與網頁相片一致,相差無幾.爸媽住高級雙床房,房間有私人風呂,爸媽很滿意.我與老公姨生住日式房間,乾淨衛生.晚餐是日式自助餐,長腳蟹腳任食,雖然吃到尾段時間,服務員亦有加添,份量充足.家人吃得很開心.
我早晚都有去風呂,晚上看不到室外風景,早上浸就可以在美麗的山溪流水之中享受風呂,感覺一流!
酒店門外有一梯級可到溪邊,記得一定要預半小時走一走,還有紅葉,影相超靘.以這價錢入住,CP值高.

I had booked this hotel thinking it was standard, but it was Japanese style: tatami floor, floor mattress, and no private bathroom (shower). The room did have a toilet, sink, closets, tv, electrical kettle, etc… yet despite not having my own shower was not a big deal. They offer bathhouse: very clean, spacious, with multiple pools (hot water) cold tub, sauna and even an outdoors onsen! Overlooking the river! Fall asleep sleep to a running river, and waking up to it was so soothing. The staff was friendly and helpful, overall i had a fantastic stay and would book again.
