Check in sangat cepat dan staff-nya semua bisa berbahasa Inggris dengan baik, lokasi sangat dekat dengan stasiun kereta dan banyak restoran yang enak-enak dan harga terjangkau di sekitar hotel

第一次來東京，選了錦糸町的美滿如家，家庭式飯店，環境乾淨、整潔、舒適，交通便利，24小時超市，完全不怕買不到東西，飯店人員親切，和善，我們還遇上不是常在櫃台會中文的漂亮小妹妹，她也是在台灣學的中文，總之是一間優秀的住宿選擇，謝謝你們照顧喔。

We had a wonderful stay at MIMARU Tokyo Kinshicho — it’s truly an outstanding apartment-style hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the subway station. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always attentive to our needs. Even before our arrival, they were responsive and helpful in assisting with our requests and reservations. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted, and we were especially grateful to one of the front desk staff who spoke fluent Chinese and had studied in Taiwan — he was incredibly kind and even helped us carry some borrowed items up to our room. The hotel is very family-friendly. We were provided with a baby bathtub, bed guard, and even a diaper disposal bin. We stayed in a Japanese-style room with tatami mats, which was perfect for our child to sleep safely on the floor without worrying about falls. While we were waiting in the lobby one day, the staff even offered traditional Japanese toys to our child — such a thoughtful gesture. The in-room amenities were also top-notch. The room was spacious and clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — a humidifier, air purifier, microwave, dishes, chopsticks, a sink, and even a large dining table. After a long day exploring the city, coming back to the room truly felt like returning home. If we have the chance to visit Japan again in the future, MIMARU will definitely be at the top of our accommodation list.
