Generally the hotel is in great condition, very clean and comfortable beds. It's true that the space is a bit small for two big suitcases and one small one, we had to remove its useless hamoc but managed to make do after all.
Though it is supposedly near the Umeda complex, the whole area with all its different stations grouped together is rather confusing and it takes time to navigate through the underground shopping areas. And the immediate area of the hotel is rather quiet (with some yummy local restaurants and Aeon supermarket tho two blocks away) and awkward to get around because from Umeda you need to walk through some construction sites (10-15 minutes), and according to google maps buses dont seem to connect to other touristic places so well.
And highly recommend you to provide all the necessary check in info in advance of arrival, it is tedious to input for every traveller on the small ipad and its all manual and no staff there to help you. I dont recommend it at all especially after a long journey....
