Room was right in downtown district.

Overall good, but slightly overpriced in my opinion. Restaurant is mostly Japanese style, with limited capacity. No room service. Next to girl bars and host clubs, but still quiet. Currently construction next door daytime only.

Room was small. Not convenient with older child. The third bed is not stable and makes noises. The English speaking receptionist guided us well in the morning.

This hotel you can easy see Sakura tree at outside from this hotel.Everything was good

The room was clean, but very small. Completely fine for a short stay, but not ideal for a vacation. Breakfast was rich with mostly Japanese dishes and few Western options.

We loved the on-property public bath - a huge PLUS!

Everything is good, except for the room is quite small.

Great location, staff service is good. My twin single room is a bit small but I guessed it’s Japan standard. Breakfast is average though, limited choices. Onsen is a very small pool, not impressive.

In my humble opinion this is a 3 star hotel not 4. Don’t get me wrong, it’s clean & modern. Staff is friendly, but I noticed the walls in the room were dirty and scratched. Great centric location though.

Overall, this hotel offers good value for the price. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay pleasant and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the bathroom could use some improvement. The space feels a bit squashed, making it challenging for two people to use at the same time. There is also limited space for personal toiletries, and the overall storage options in the room are quite restricted. That said, for the price point, it’s a good choice, especially if you're traveling solo or don’t mind the cozy bathroom setup.

Advertised as a 4 star property but they don’t even make your bed each day or provide new coffee mugs / cups. I understand not washing linen each day for environmental purposes but lack of service overall does not match the price of the hotel.

I like the location and front desk service. I was a bit disappointed without a bath tub included.
