My stay was amazing! I felt very comfortable and the staff were all so pleasant and attentive to me and my friend. The service was top tier and something that I’ve experienced as of late. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Loved the location of the hotel with it only being a few minutes walk to the Gotanda station on the Yamanote line which makes access to other parts of Tokyo very easy and convenient. There are a ton of eating options nearby and several convenience stores as well. The highlight was a cafe right next to the hotel called "Saison Baker & Coffee" and I highly recommend it as a breakfast option. The great thing about it is that it opens at 7am, which you'll realize in Tokyo, a lot of other cafe's don't open till 9am or later. The hotel itself is really nice. Like most Japanese hotels, the service is immaculate. I found the hotel room to be pretty much as described on Expedia. It was very clean. Maybe my only complaint is that the elevators can sometimes take a little bit longer to get to your floor.

The rooms were significantly smaller than appears online. Besides that, everything was great.

Everything about the property was great, except for the size. Even in the superior room, the room was quite small for two adults, the pictures didn't make it seem that small. Aside from that, it was close to the train station, great area to get anywhere you needed to and the staff were very nice.

Great place to stay and very close to the train. Only 25-30 minutes from the airport.

This is my first trip to Tokyo from Australia. I booked three beds room with my daughter and my mum for staying 5 nights. We all had a very good rest in such a clean room. Room service is excellent and all the facilities in the hotel is great too. Breakfast is also freshly cooked with many options for eastern and western people. We will definitely be back here again next time!

( ) conveniently located within short walk to Gotanda train station with shopping and restaurants nearby. Hotel is clean, room for 3 pax is spacious enough. (-) Not quite a 4-star hotel. Reception is at level 15 and guests need to collect toiletries on their own. One of the staff at the reception was rather rude by Japanese standard. On the whole, I will not stay here when I visit Tokyo again.
