Loved it so much we stayed here twice! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind and the rooms were spotless. Would definitely come back on our next trip

Excellent location. Beautiful hotel right across from the upscale Mitsukoshi department store. Lots of dining options. Book it. You won’t regret staying there.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The area has a number of great restaurants nearby and it is very conveniently located near several metro/JR rail lines. We will stay again when in Tokyo.

I appreciated how this hotel was central, but far away from a lot of the crowds. It was comfortable, clean and welcoming, and we found many places to eat in the area. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Excellent hotel and facilities. Mulitple dining and high end shopping options nearby. Enjoyed the sento and breakfast buffet. Rooms are a bit small.

Very good Japanese style hotel close to the subway station

Love that you can reach the subway line from the hotel. Hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The staff was exceptional in service and accomodating through our stay.

Was a great experience all around. What a better hotel experiences we had in Tokyo the rooms are very nice. Small but nice.

Breakfast

Great convenient location literally right across the street from the ginza line.

Very nice hotel with wonderful staff and reasonable prices in a great location. Their public bath house is a great way to relax and refresh at the end of the day. Theres also a great bar in the hotel lobby and in the lobby of the building. Several train stations minutes away and an easy 25min walk to Ginza. Highly recommend staying here

Overpriced hotel. As a business traveler I expected a desk in the room. There was a tiny table barely big enough for a laptop. The chair accompanying it was very uncomfortable. The room was very dusty despite the air cleaner. I also disliked having to go to the 9th floor ( reception) from the 15th floor, and then take another elevator down to the street level. The location in the city is great but I will look for a hotel geared more toward business travelers next time.
