Clean, quiet, well furnished and conveniently located next to the train station.

This hotel, although more of a business hotel, was very convenient for our 2 night stay. Very close to train station, and walking didtance to main tourist sights.

Good location however when booking said had restaurant but this is only for breakfast. Open for hot drinks during the day but zero service at night. We went to the hotel acroos the road for drinks and chinese food, very good.

Massage chair outside the onsen was a great touch

Great Accomodation!!! Perfect for business stay or short stays, since parking/ transport is easy!!

Traditional Japanese hot spring is so wonderful! All the staffs are friendly and it’s really a great place for whom wants to experience relaxing and quiet !

Booked two twins size bed room, the room is so small that we can't open a luggage at all. The room floor is dirty and have garbage from previous traveller.

Good value for money, but with two people and large beds there was not sufficient floor space in the room.

This was our first time visiting Okayama. Unsurely we will choose the same hotel for our next visit. Friendly staff, Value for money

There is a shopping mall next to the hotel and you can easily access to it station

A good mid-range hotel for Japan travel. However, the influx of tour group tourists from certain nearby countries made it rather unpleasant in the hotel. Breakfast is ‘average’ focusing on one-night tour groups. Onsen is also average compared to Dormy Inn Hotels and others around the price point. Room was great and clean! Much better than APA. Service and counter staffs are courteous and friendly, ready to help. I think it is time to rethink how Mitsui Hotels should position itself to make the environment in the hotel more pleasant and Japanese feel….again.

Nice place to stay close to the train station and the aeon mall The first. room we got was very tiny less it shows on hotel.com. We ask to change the room. At the beginning were asked to pay extra and move to smoking room. We didn’t like the solution and thought to cancel our reservation. Finally the hotel management find a solution and upgrade the room to tein room non smoking. It was much better and make our stay more pleasnt and comfortable Very friendly staff

The location is great but everything else is below standards. No, it does not meet 4-star standards. Rooms were way too small, amenities were minimal (not even complimentary coffee in the room), public bath was poorly made.
