前台服務人員非常有善, 超級舒適及新的一間酒店, 房間可開到大行李喼, 地點旺中帶靜, 行大概15分鐘就能行到大阪站及附近商場, 只是房間內的風筒有點失靈, 大堂設計時尚, 下次會考慮再入住。

I was pleasantly surprised to be honest. When I first book this hotel, I worried about the room size (only 20 sq M). But when we arrived, I was surprised by the room layout. Yes, it is small, but it feels way bigger than its stated size. They have a very clever designer. I don't expect much amenity from a 3/4 star hotel but it provided everything needed (even pajamas though we didn't use it). Staff are proactive and friendly. Have to mention Mina, she told us she only started in April, but she was really helpful, a big kudo. The day we left she came to talk to us to say goodbye and shake our hands. What a pleasant surprise! I strongly recommend Moxy Shin Umeda to others traveling to Osaka. Good experience and wont' break the bank. Oh, and it is also very convenient. 5 to 8 minutes walk to Fukushima station (Osaka loop line). Or 10 to 15 minutes walk to Osaka station.

I was Greeted at the Hotel by the Manager Mai and her Team full of smiles and Great Energy !! Just what you need after an exhausting day of travel before I arrived at the property, I had an AMAZING STAY, The Hospitality was FIRST CLAS. A Very BIG ThankYou to all the Fabulous Staff especially Mai :)) The room was Extremely Comfortable and had a great City Outlook, Breakfast was also good with plenty of Variaty. I would Definitely Recumbent this Hotel

Room was lovely and clean but very small - only place to open suitcase was on the bed. Really appreciated the free bottled water each day.

It is an underrated and with high security level hotel at Fukushima, 15 minutes alway from Umeda and Osaka stations. Clean and tidy, the room for twin bed is large enough to open two large luggages at the same time. The environment and interior are all great. There is a bar at the ground floor which can provide some option when you are thirsty, hotel has also provided two free bottle of water everyday too. There are a lot of food option nearby too. We had a fire situation (should be a small fire) in between the stay. There is an alarm with clear announcement saying what’s going wrong in the hotel, we found that it is really important and that’s something we may miss usually. Safety is importance and a large amount of fireman had arrived to hotel in 10 minutes. I love this hotel and cannot believe the standard is that high with this price point and will definitely be back real soon

快適に滞在することができた。ただし、トイレについて、トイレットペーパーと操作盤の位置が、使いづらかったことを指摘しておきたい。

冷蔵庫が小さすぎた

部屋は綺麗だが、冷蔵庫が小さすぎて使いにくかった。

Nice area. easy to access to city center and great diner area. No need to transfer from the Fukushima station to KIX.

Great sized, comfortable room with modern facilities (a lot easier to walk around than our previous Japan hotel!) with a very comfortable bed after a lot of walking. Staff were fantastic and friendly. They helped us with bar choices and send our luggage to our next hotel. WiFi worked very well. Will definitely look at staying at a Moxy in the future.

Great accommodations for solo traveler. Very close to Osaka and Fukushima station. Nice bar in the lobby
