On the first day of my stay, right after entering the room, I turned on the air conditioning and left my luggage to have dinner at the restaurant downstairs. About two hours later (with the key card kept in the slot for power during this time), I returned to the room only to find it still very hot. I tried turning the AC off and on again, but it only produced a slight cool breeze—far below the normal cooling level. Additionally, the walls felt hot to the touch, and the bathroom was especially hot, almost like a sauna. Since there was no phone in the room, I had to go downstairs to notify the staff in person. A staff member came to inspect the room about five minutes after I returned. Following the inspection, I was moved to another room. For the rest of the stay, there weren’t any major issues, though the ice bars still melted after being placed in the refrigerator, which was a pity.
