日光山水

Very good location, good food and nice room. Next to the famous fried pork restaurant, just opposite to the boat yard and thus is just next to the 'boat yard' bus stop. 15Mins walk to the famous waterfall. Food is very tasty, the staff serve well too. Room is big and tidy. My room has a lake view but there is a triangular thing outside the windows that blocked 1/3 of the view.

Great service. Great experience of traditional Japanese living. Definitely book their dinner and breakfast because they are delicious. (Also, it's hard to find a place to eat at early morning and dinner time nearby the lake!) Comfortable hot spring, great lake view from the room. A minor disadvantage was, the room we lived in was without a private bathroom.

日光山水是一個很溫馨、很棒的住宿經驗。房間雖然不是很新，但是基本的整潔都有做到，房間主要分為三個區塊，一部分為放鞋跟廁所區，一部分為和室（主要住的地方），一部分為陽台觀景區，整體空間滿大的。但是冬天去有點冷，暖氣開了一陣子後，才會慢慢覺得暖和，而三個區塊也只有和室區有暖氣。從下午5點到隔天11點半都可以泡湯，超棒的，冬天除了浴衣，也有配冬衣可以穿，泡完湯其實不會冷。交通也滿方便的，搭東武公車從26號遊覽船發著所下非常近，一下車就到了，從中禪寺湖下往鳥居方向大約走10分鐘，冬天走來非常冷。民宿老闆揪感心，我在公車上弄丟了我的毛帽，跟民宿老闆說，大約十分鐘就來敲我的房門，告訴我已經聯繫好了，請我明天去公車站拿就好了，十分感動。整體而言，如果想要能一早起床看到湖景，日光山水是一個很好的選擇。
