Noyado Uehonmachi

숙박 자체에는 불편함이 없었지만 화분에 있던 풀잎에 먼지가 조금 쌓여있는게 눈에 띄어서 아쉬웠습니다.

We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment, and as others have mentioned, it's not really an apartment but two separate rooms with a small hallway and a lift between them. The rooms themselves were quite run-down, with stains on the carpet and an overall layer of dust throughout. There was also a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the building. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend it

近くにコンビニがあり、駅からも近く非常に良かった

Hotel is located in a very convenient location, however the hotel has most likely seen better days. The property is in dire need of a renovation and or full cleaning. We found the room have dust corners, dusty and dirty floors , broken and chipped walls and dirty carpets. This hotel does require a major update and or renovation very soon. I suspect the pictures that are on the booking site are very old.

Très bon hôtel. Les 2 chambres étaient spacieuses et bien aménagées. La présence de la penderie ét d'une machine à laver étaient un plus.

Everything you need is near by

Disappointed. Rooms had a weird layout separated with a lift landing and no attached shower room. Inconvenienced shuttling between 2 rooms with a lift landing in between. The shower room need much caution when entry and exit due to the height elevation step which can cause slips. Checkin timing was much later than other establishments offered and early checkout required. Low lighting which hide the dust and dirt and the cleanliness of amenities offered by the unit. No safety grills when windows are being open which is not a safety feature when travelling with kids.

The place was spacious for 4 persons and had 2 rooms, 3 double beds and complete amenities. It was walkable to the train station, bus stop, a deparment store and supermarket. There were convenience stores nearby and restaurants.

The room had everything required for a pleasant stay. The lounge was very low and quite difficult to get out of for a bigger person

방이 두개라서 5가족이 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 화장실과 욕실이 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 매트리스 컨디션도 좋았습니다. 하지만 전반적으로 낡은 벽, 먼지가 가득한 선반, 깨끗하지 않은 그릇류 등이 불만족스럽습니다.

Loved our stay here. We traveled with teenage children and the family room was perfect. Clean rooms, great showers and we could walk to anything we needed. Train station 5 minutes, grocery shop 5 minutes even main tourist attraction 30 minute walk away. Room was very large for Japanese size. Will definitely stay next holiday to Osaka.

The rooms here are spacious Nothing like this anywhere else in Japan. This being said, check in was a nightmare as the tablet didn’t work, and having booked through a third party, it was irritating contacting the owner as its message the booking agent, to message them, then back again. Good location, great room. Not safe for young kids as windows open fully, so easily fall 5 storeys. Clean, well presented. Perhaps having a coded elevator to prevent others coming up to your floor would be nice, as you have to have entry open on both sides to speak with your travel party, which makes you vulnerable to be caught out having randoms walk into your room.

Nice and quiet place to stay and safe.

Near to train station. But property is a bit dusty. Room is big for 4 pax

We were a family of five staying for three nights. Excellent communication and information given beforehand. We rented the two bedroom premium apartment, this was actually a one bedroom apartment with bathroom and kitchen, and separate one bedroom apartment with toilet. This was fine for our needs as we were travelling with teenagers but if you were travelling with young children this would not be suitable.
