酒店很不错，有酒吧，提供免费茶和咖啡。工作人员非常有礼貌和友好。房间设施齐全，有空调暖气，洗衣机，附近有7-11，全家等便利店及周边购物区，靠近地铁，出行十分方便。我在这家酒店度过了一段美好的时光，睡得很好，强烈推荐大家预订。

Quite a comfortable stay in Kyoto. The room was tidy and clean. The hotel was slightly far away from the major tourist spots/shopping streets, yet, it's acceptable walking distance. And the walk was quite nice in Autumn/Winter.
Regarding the staff services, high appreciation to the Japanese receptionists as I saw they would really guide guests to the breakfast area to introduce their services while the non-Japanese staff simply introduced from their reception desk (though it's fine for me as I'm familiar with the hotel services).
All in all, this is really a nice hotel and definitely will stay here again for next time.

One note is that our booking includes a one-person breakfast every day. However, due to the kitchen renovation, we can only enjoy the breakfast service one day. Even though the hotel gave a small gift, we do not think they are good enough.

地點位置唔方便,京都站轉地鐵烏丸禦池站再過去酒店,都要接近十分鐘以上路程,酒店係非常乾淨企理,職員亦都好友善,不過附近環境極度唔方便,咁啱夜晚頭痛都想死加埋想嘔,附近一間藥房都冇,激安殿堂都要去到非常之遠先會有,其他藥房都已經關曬門,酒店晚上嗰位男職員,亦都有嘗試幫我搵有冇頭痛藥,點不知咁啱用曬,呢一點我都要唔該佢的
