I loved the views from the hotel room

Good place for family with kids

Enjoyed the hotel, beautiful view and convenience to the beach

Staff are wonderful and always want to help you. Most of them spoke enough English that I was able to communicate well. My wife speaks Mandarin Chinese and one staff person even spoke native Mandarin as well which was very helpful. However, the property needs some work. I think it’s seen better days. Our duvets were torn and ripped. The shower didn’t drain properly. The air conditioning was moderate. No screens on the sliding door, and lots of bugs coming in so we couldn’t keep the door open to get fresh air. After swimming in the outdoor pool I got sick, and that’s when I realized there is no chlorine in that pool. I don’t think it’s maintained well and probably full of germs. The jacuzzis near the indoor pool were lukewarm and one didn’t even work. The indoor pool water was warmer than the jacuzzi water - not a good sign. The outside of the building needed a power wash ASAP. It was not attractive. Many of the lounge chairs at the pool were dirty most of the time, so there were very few options to hang out by the pool. Not a good value, especially since it’s so much work to get to the beach on top of all those issues. We might as well have stayed at the Best Western near the beach. In summary we would not stay here again.

The hotel is a bit dated, but has great amenities. We found it to be a great value for what we paid and would stay again.

The price is good including breakfast buffet. However, don’t expect too much. There is hardly any changes, the selection is limited. In addition, the biggest turn off is that the carpet in my room doesn’t smell right.

The ocean view

The propert is older but still very nice. We had a great time.

Place is pretty expensive including the restaurants inside, but there are quite a few options of restaurants. Breakfast buffet in the morning is absolutely packed but the line moves at a moderate pace. Our room was not cleaned in the morning even though they said it would be cleaned everyday. But the room itself is really nice and very clean. The hotel itself is beautiful. The music at night for the events are too loud and it gets packed but the view is beautiful and the pool is nice. The lagoon pool was dirty and didn’t look like the picture but the other big pool was really nice.

This property was really run down, for the price point. The rooms were dirty upon arrival, not dusted, with a dirty table and food on the ground. The sheets had stains on them and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. We had a deck but no chairs to sit on to enjoy the view. One good thing was all the amenities, such as laundry, a store, and a big onsen which was actually nice. It was a longer walk to the beach than expected as well. But there was a beautiful view from the hotel. The rooms definitely need some updating, but were a good size, which was nice. Felt like I overpaid for what I got for sure, and was very disappointed at the price point.

This was absolutely not a 4 star property and there is no way anyone should be fooled into thinking so. We paid the equivalent of $400 a night for what is more like a 1.5-2 star. I walked into my room and left quickly from the overwhelming stench of mildew noting mold on the curtains. I quite literally almost vomited from the smell. We were in a “refurbished room” that really meant they changed a few fixtures such as a newer toilet etc. I saw two other rooms and both were the same. I was forced to pay $300 more a night at the sister hotel next door. This place is not well kept up. Beds were very hard, old ratty pajamas are provided - everything was very old other than a few items. Would never ever recommend unless you are getting a 1-2 star rate. The good: the view, the pool looked great if you have kids as it was packed with kids all day. Some of the food decent (sister hotel connected so we ate at one of the restaurants).

Enjoy the facilities

It is a beautiful area with lots of great options for families. I think the property was a bit dated, though, and could use some upgrades. Our room had an amazing view of the ocean and provided plenty of space for my wife and I, along with our 2 sons.

The resort was lovely, rooms were spacious and clean. Front reception staff were welcoming. Would have appreciated more options for lunch and dinner at the resort. As non-Japan residents we did not have the option for an all inclusive rate.

Rooms are spacious but dated especially the toilets. Nice views from the generous sized balconies in the ocean tower. Disappointing that no bottled water was provided in the rooms and amenities were minimal and did not include any facial creams.

Family-friendly full-service hotel with everything you need without having to leave the property. It's a big hotel and has nice activities for kids. In the hotel dining and shopping options are a bit expensive but there are two convenient stores (7-11 & Lawsons) within reasonable walking distance from the hotel. There are also some local delicious restaurants nearby as well.

Location is not too bad, hotel little bit old,No room service, no tv cable, no making bed unless you ask.

what we didn't like was the humidity in the rooms with carpets, it smells like mold. Some employees are very cold, especially in the pool area.
