This has been one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff was incredible, the location was great and the hotel itself was amazing. The hotel is located near a food court so if you just want to head back to the hotel and rest you have options right on the first floor. This hotel also allows dogs which made the stay even better seeing the adorable dogs every morning. The staff was extremely helpful and kind whenever we had any questions. Overall a great stay.

The view of the city during the day and night were nice. Patio was nice.

The Hotel is beautiful and in a pretty good spot. Close to the train station. We absolutely lived everything about it except i was surprised with getting charged extra fees because "my kids were not considered children" when i added their ages when initially booking. I had to pay an extra $400 something, then they came up to my toom saying they over charged me, refunded the $400 and still charged $300 something. Super dissapointed. But other than that the hotel is GREAT!

New hotel, with nice rooms, views, and close to train stations. Only small complaint was the futon/sofa bed was a little too firm for me. Very centrally located to most areas, Shibuya, Ginza, and others

This property is convenient to Gotanda station and close to lots of restaurants and eateries! A food court right on the ground floor. The rooms were a bit small, but that is typical for Tokyo.

Incredible hotel in a wonderful area with easy transportation links. The most fantastic rooms with views of the Tokyo skyline!

Check in is on the 14th floor. If booking from a third party like hotels.com double check the room occupancy with the hotels actual website. Our room stated it slept 8 when it actually only slept 4. When I tried to contact the hotel direct to confirm they stated they could not communicate with me since I booked on a third party site. The rooms are small compared to what we’re used to in the USA. They are very clean though. Shower is amazing, hot and tons of water pressure which feels amazing after a long day exploring and walking. Great view. Cute outdoor sitting area.

Mainly convenient to go places.

Property was booked because of the window views and room usage of area. Loved the design and patio, but the rooms were lacking attention to detail. First night no slippers, second night no towels and 4th night we were locked out of our rooms which we had to get new key cards for. We stayed at another omo3 a week before and it was very intimate compared to this bigger hotel.

Great with baby

OMO5 Gotanda was only a short walk from Gotanda station, which connected to several subway lines. It was very convenient for Tokyo sightseeing but also tucked away in a less busy area. Our room was a good size for 2 adults and 2 teens. The actual beds are twin sized, but the additional 2 window beds has full bedding provided allowing everyone to have their own bed. The table was handy and there was still room to move around. The deep soaking tub was excellent for relaxing after a day of walking. The hotel is beautiful with lots of artistic details.

Loved our stay here. Everything was top notch. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Did not like having to access 2 elevators just to get to rooms. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are good.

Large room

Nice staff, good location and very new. If you ask me for improvement suggestion I would say they should have water machine on each floor.

Fun spot! Lots of good dining in the building downstairs, and helpful recommendations for other walkable dining too, on a map in the lobby. Tea available in the evening in the lobby as well. You can see Mt Fuji from the balcony on clear days. Cozy room, and though it was small it had everything we needed. Comfortable beds with great views. Very helpful and nice staff.
