工作人員非常親切，笑容滿面

飯店人員的服務非常用心。

洗澡設施僅在二樓有點不方便， 8人房的上下舖圍欄沒有缺口，下舖要上下床不太方便。 房間空間稍小連要整理行李都不太方便

服務態度很好，浴室清潔乾淨，有少許廚房設備可以使用，另有簡易早餐《吐司和咖啡》可享用（住到最後一天才發現@_@）

此次居住青年旅舍訂的是兩大床環境乾淨、設施設備很齊全，鄰近JR內環交通方便，唯隔音效果較不佳易聽到隔壁說話聲音及馬路上的車聲，除非自己戴耳塞，不然含蠻平價的

First time living in guest house. Room ok clean. Good for very tight budget travelers. Public bath, washroom and kitchen. People are quite self disciplined. Families with young kids need a second thought.

平，靚，正來形容，一連五晚嘅住宿體驗感覺良好，如再去大阪，下次再來入住.... 初頭係book咗兩晚，因為太舒適，乾淨同埋方便，所以住多三晚，員工好友善&很樂意助人,

乾淨舒適，房間雖小五臟俱全，有提供桌遊和簡易早餐，令我們意想不到，不過隔音稍差(是有附耳塞啦)，整個cp值算高，如果床位有個別的小燈就更棒了

Things that I appreciate: 1).Facilities are very new, bathroom are remarkably neat and clean. 2).Each bed is surrounded by a curtain, which provides more privacy to each guest during sleep or packing. 3).staffs are polite. Things could be improved: 1). Earplugs provided are exceptionally useless, with no sound-insulating effect at all. Personally think that the original earplugs could be replaced with another kind. Things that guest planning to stay in here should notice: 1). You should be aware that some of the other guests may sleep with extraordinary snorting, which is definitely a disaster to someone who is very hard to fall asleep. 2).bathroom is available only at one floor, which mean you need to travel across few floors to reach the bathroom. Overall As the price is exceptionally cheap, I think the stay is worth the price paid

飯店位於寺田町車站附近,交通便利.四人入住和式房感覺不錯.

Although I stayed one night in this hotel, however they suprised me very much. I chosed them because their low price and very near to the JR station. When I arrived, I found they provided 4 female shower rooms and 3 female toilets in the 2nd floor, and 3 shared toilets in the 3rd floor. The adequate numbers of shower rooms and toilets are rarely seen in other hostels, as there is no worries of waiting. Further, it is very nice that if you like their Facebook they will free the rental of one towel. The environmental of this hostel is well-designed, tidy and clean and quiet in the sleeping floors. And the location is very excellent, just 5 mins walk from the nearby JR station (just turn left when you walk out from the only JR station exit). I will definitely stay this hostel again, and highly recommend people to choose this hotel.

Very comfortable and friendly hotel for traveler. The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, too. The sound insulation between room and room is not good, but this depends on other travelers. 2F is the shower room and big living room. Although there's no bathroom in the room, but the room is bigger and the shower room is bigger, too. And the shower rooms separate men and women, so they have very good privacy. Thanks for NEST gives my family a nice tour in Oska. 很方便，很友善的青年旅舍。床很舒服 房間乾淨度也不錯，只是隔音比較差，若是隔壁房客比較吵，都會聽到聲音，但是這個部分取決於其他房客。2樓有洗澡間 大客廳 廚房 洗衣間，晚上回來或洗澡後想和親朋好友休息一下都可在2樓的客廳吃吃東西 喝點小酒。雖然房間裡沒有衛浴，但是這讓房間更大些，也讓洗澡的地方更大些，使用起來更加舒服。浴室有分男湯、女湯兩個區域，有大門區隔，裡面又分為四間，洗澡時隱私性夠，空間又大很舒服。感謝NEST青年旅舍讓我們家(二大二小)有一趟愉快的大阪旅行。

The wall is so thin that we can easily hear other cutomers' shout and laugh. There are cards and games in the living room. The location is pretty near to the north exit of the JR station with a 24 hr Mcdonald.

Location is not bad ( 10mins walk to Tennoji station, 2 mins walk to Teradachō , each room may not be very large but all neat, clean and new! The shower room is just the best ever among all hostels i have been. The setting is very caring and considerate, and i felt the showers room are very frequently cleaned and I felt very safe and happy while using. The most heart-warning thing is that I lost one of the important thing during my stay. The staffs found it, sent that straight away after my confirmation! I was so impressed! I hope everyone could enjoy their stay @ Osaka Guesthouse Nest :-)

此飯店提供公道合理價格，適合三五好友一起住宿。我們選擇此飯店做為我們跨年的住宿，不僅交通方便、地理位置優越，飯店環境優越！

海外ではよくゲストハウスを利用していますが、日本ではあまり利用したことがありませんでした。 ホテルに比べてどうかな、と思いながら宿泊しましたが、結果大正解でした！ まず駅から近く、コンビニ、オリジン、王将が途中にあります。飲食店にも事欠かないので、食事には困りません。 ミックスドミに1人で、家族と合流してからは個室に泊まりましたが、どちらも快適でした。 ドミは清潔でプライベート空間が保たれていましたし、個室はこの値段で良いの、と思うくらいの快適さです。エアコンもよく効いていました。 食事は共用スペースのみです。 女性用シャワーは四つ、ドライヤーやアメニティもそれなりにあります。タオルは有料です。 日本人としては室内土足厳禁なのも良かったです。 関西に訪れる際には、絶対また泊まりたいと思っています。

レンタルのものがどこにあるのか分かりにくい。 トイレが一つしか使用できない。 換気扇等が埃だらけ。改善をお願いします。

他の方の声が聞こえることもありますが個人的には気にならなかったです。少しお部屋の冷房が効きにくいのか、最低温度まで下げても暑くて夜中目が覚めてしまいました。布団は被らずに寝ました。

It's a cool experience staying at a guesthouse. The staff was really kind and my kids found the entire experience really fun and different than usual. The tatami room was nice, and i thought the living shared area was cool as well.
