有貓貓於接待處 check in 過程愉快
房間裝修新而且大 床亦很大及舒適
唯獨沒有升降機 需要搬運行李上落

The experience was great.
Very friendly staffs. Nice breakfast included. Room was clean and new. So many clean towels were given. Warm environment and feel like home.
The only minor things I found not convenience for me was there were no hook for me to hang my clothes or towel in the washroom.
And, we were staying on the 2nd floor but there was no lift in the hotel so on the first day when we arrive, we need to carry the heavy lugguges and skis equipments and walk up the stairs to our room...

The experience was great.

Appreciate Ryuuta San helps us with the heavy luggages and picks us up at the train station as well. We booked a room for 3 people and one of our friend cannot make it so the hotel made the refund for us.

Completely exceeded expectation - was expecting a basic, no frills hostel type accommodation, but instead received a fantastic staying experience. Rooms are comfy and squeaky clean. Staff were always eager to help, even with more ad hoc requests such as help with heat molding boots / booking ski bus / taxi. Proximity to kitanomine ski resort area - around <5 mins walk. A generous serving of breakfast with a different menu everyday, always complete with seasonal fruit / vegies. Will definitely be back.
