The property was located in the heart of the town. There were lots of grocery and dining options within walking distance. The beach was a short drive away too. We were able to drive to many scenic places like Akiyoshido Cave and the quasi national park from there.
The house was spacious and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet other than during the elementary school’s break time when little children could be heard playing. The house was also well stocked, though I wish there could’ve been soup/ rice bowls, a kitchen scissors and a rice cooker. I was also slightly confused by the check in procedure but thankfully the Rakuten team responded soon enough to help us with it. Overall, it was a very pleasant 1 week stay and we enjoyed the place very much.

Das Rakuten Stay House war eine unserer besten Unterkünfte, die wir auf unserer knapp 4-wöchigen Reise durch Japan gebucht hatten. Ruhig gelegen, modern ausgestattet, sauber, mit allem versehen, was man braucht. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und bedauern es, hier nur 2 Nächte verbracht zu haben. Check-in und Check-out haben problemlos funktioniert. Tipp für Hagi: unbedingt mit dem Fahrrad erkunden. Macht einen Riesen-Spaß!!!

家族で一棟貸し切りで宿泊しました。
チェックインの際、一時間半オペレーターへ繋がらず、呼び出し音だけがなり続け、手続きができず困りました。緊急連絡先に電話してやっと対応して頂けました。
それ以外はとても良かったです。

The property was located in the heart of the town. There were lots of grocery and dining options within walking distance. The beach was a short drive away too. We were able to drive to many scenic places like Akiyoshido Cave and the quasi national park from there.
The house was spacious and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet other than during the elementary school’s break time when little children could be heard playing. The house was also well stocked, though I wish there could’ve been soup/ rice bowls, a kitchen scissors and a rice cooker. I was also slightly confused by the check in procedure but thankfully the Rakuten team responded soon enough to help us with it. Overall, it was a very pleasant 1 week stay and we enjoyed the place very much.

The property was good, but the check-in process was ridiculously over-complicated and extremely annoying. Needing to provide photos of your passports, yourself, all of your guest’s information and then also having a video call is not worth the trouble. And it’s not like this place was cheap. It is much easier to just stay in a hotel and not deal with all this headache.

Excellent location and very good layout for our family of four. There was a lot of room and the facilities were excellent. It was in a great location and we could park our car easily too. Highly recommend.

My family rented both units and loved the rakuten housing. It was really clean and very comfortable and had everything you could ask for. The bath tub is amazing because it heats and maintains the temperature. All houses should have them. Checkin takes a little long since you have to do it virtually through an iPad but other than that everything was great and would recommend to anyone staying in Hagi

Check-in at the facility is quite complicated for guests checking-in in English, otherwise very good location and nice space. Stairs are steep and people sleeping in tatami room must navigate to downstairs bathroom.Beautiful facility and guests with any mobility issues must be aware of stairs, but good handrail.

施設そのものは清潔で快適だがキッチン自体は飾り物で実際に自炊するのはほぼ不可能。最低限の調味料や油はないし炊飯器もないので惣菜を買ってくるか、野菜を切るくらいしかできない。アプリ経由で問い合わせても返事はない。当然のことだがホテルではないので、シーツやタオルの交換はないので連泊する場合は注意が必要。

Easy to communicate in English with staff, property was clean and ready. Some small things would have made it better— there was no rice cooker in the kitchen and the wooden floors and stairs were very slippery. But overall, it was a wonderful experience. We’ll be back!

小学校の北側にある、ほぼ新築の戸建てでしょうか、とても綺麗な建物でした。周りは住宅街で、夜も静かでした。
一階にベッドルームが2室とバスルーム、トイレ、二階にキッチンリビングと和室で快適に過ごすことができました。
洗濯乾燥機や浴室乾燥も使え、乳児を連れての家族旅行だったので、とても助かりました。

建物の構造上しょうがないのですが、上の階だけで過ごしたので下の階が寒かった。
