Amazing accommodation!! This place exceeded our expectations!! It was very spacious and had so many amenities. The foot bath and onsen style bath were fantastic especially with the cold weather we experienced. They had a tv and projector too. The location was super close to the train station too- bit difficult to walk along the busy windy main road but all in all great place. We definitely plan on returning

Beautiful rooms with excellent additions. Really resembles how relaxing and enjoyable Hakone is.

Beautiful property with so many extras!! The onsen, footspa, and sauna were incredible with the mountain views. Enjoyed the snacks and drinks and loved having a spa onsite where I had the best massage. Hope I can return for another stay!

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at! I would totally recommend. Check in and check out was easy, just read email instructions. Check emails frequently. The directions are very clear. Super clean and modern. The private onsen was DEVINE! I had the BEST time staying here. I would definitely come back and totally recommending this place to my friends and family.

Exceeded our expectations! Great location, excellent and spacious room with the bonus of a private onsen and sauna. Easy check in as well. Would highly recommend!

If you want privacy, know where you're going, bring your own food, and are tech saavy. This place is good. But it's a personless hotel. Nobody greets you or tells you what's around. When we first arrived it was a little scary. Like where is everyone? That said the private onsen was great and the facility was brand new.

Absolutely incredible. So spacious and so many pleasant surprises such as the matching pyjamas, onsen, foot spa and sauna!

The large family room was spacious and clean. Great modern furnishings with classic Hakone touches like a sauna and onsen in the room. Beautiful views from the balcony.

Very spacious and full of amenities, loved the hot spring tub. Only issue was they was food smell from somewhere at times. Great beds and kitchen.

Walking to the back entrance with luggage was a bit dangerous. Otherwise the property was beautifully designed on the inside. Luxurious private spa experience. The heated rock bed was one of the best features.

What a beautiful property !!! Not a lot of dinner options unfortunately. The scenery around Kowakudani is stunning.

The property has literally zero amenities. No lobby, no front desk, no luggage storage, no staff, nothing in the area as far as dining (unless you have a vehicle). It was very challenging for us as it was raining and cold. There were no restaurants walking distance so we ate supper out of the vending machine. We had to check out at 10 am but had nowhere to store our luggage until our airport transport arrived at 2 pm. We had to haul luggage in the rain (with three kids) along the windy road to the closest train station to find somewhere to kill time. For the price i definitely would not recommend staying here.

Beautiful, relaxing unit with foot bath and private onsen. Sauna room too but did not have time to use it. Communication tablet worked well when we had questions. No microwave and no coffee refulls but refrigerator had snacks and drinks upon late arrival so that was a relief! Train tram short walk uphill and bus stop a short walk downhill in opposite direction so very convenient location!

Fabulous property over the top amenities and private onsen. Everything with our stay was perfect except the clothes washer that could be better.

The property itself is amazing. The room is very specious with kitchen and laundry facilities. The private onsen and foot bath on the balcony are bonuses. Very close to train station and not too far from 7/11. However, the check in process was a nightmare. We were meant receive the reservation number and the pin to get into the building, but that never happened. We were stranded outside in the cold weather for at least half an hour. Another guest at the hotel let us in and told us they had the exact issue when checking in. Our friend who made booking via a different platform didn't receive email instruction either. They need to improve their check in process.
