椿RESI STAY - 椿 -

真的很方便,住的很舒服！

no room service, overall is OK ~

We really love the neighborhood and the room looked good online. The RESI reception staff (based at a different location) was also very nice. However, when we got to our room we were immediately put off — there was a dank, unpleasant odor with a layer of harsh chemical cleaner over it all. My partner’s eyes & skin started reacting. Neither of us wanted to spend a night there, much less the 4 nights we had reserved. We’ve never done this, but we decided to leave immediately and find other accommodations, which was a stretch for us. We reached out to RESI and explained the situation, but they claimed there was no issue and that they wouldn’t refund any of the 4 nights that we weren’t going to use.

We had an issue with check in but they were so kind to rectify it after. Location was nice. Quick walk over bridge to shopping and food. We also were right by all the geisha's. Cool area. Definitely recommend. Only annoying thing was check in desk was at a different location. After staying in a couple place I found that places with tablet check in was most convenient and I definitely suggest they get this situated at the property.

It was nice to be in the Gion district. Overall quiet comfortable accommodations & conveniently located to cafes/restaurants & attractions.

The property was very clean and by japan standards the room was large. Luked had a kitchen sink . Gion area

This hotel was clean (except for the very moldy and gross shower curtain that needs to be replaced). It is very small but we knew that going in. The location was central to restaurants and shopping.

Perfect location in Kyoto

洗濯機を当てにしていたのですが、乾燥に苦労しました（洗濯機の乾燥機能やお風呂場の洗濯ヒモを駆使しても乾かず）。 それ以外は、立地も良く、部屋にダイニングスペースがあったり、グループや家族で泊まるには最高です。

Centrally located in town made much of our site seeing walkable. Not really any complaints.

The place we stayed is great. A piece of advice if u check in dont ever let a man assist u he has a terrible temper ur day will be ruined by him. Just saying its up to u though

Just like staying in a small apartment. Had everything we needed to survive a few days.

Super appartement dans le quartier de Gion de Kyoto. Situé dans une rue calme avec beaucoup de charme. Arrêt de métro ou de bus à deux pas. Super bien situé, pour visiter Kyoto et les villes voisines. Le navette mise à disposition pour rejoindre l’appartement est très pratique. Une bagagerie est à disposition si on arrive plus tôt. Mon séjour dans ce logement a été très agréable.

The property was in a great location that provided us easy access to many cultural sites and restaurants. It was within a ten minute walk to the nearest train station, and about a 15 minute walk to a larger, and much busier shopping area. We enjoyed the area immensely, and would highly recommend this location.

洗濯物を入れるかごがあると良い。また、ハンガーももう少しあると良いと思う。

Great location, great bathroom, nice design. Free shuttle to the property is a plus. If I have to pick one thing, washer and dryer takes too long to get clothes washing done.

I would rate this as one of the best and clean places to stay if you do not mind a little bit of walking to the station
