We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The rooms could be a bit larger, but the good thing is they offer a public bath, office space, and lounge rooms. You can also easily get drinks from the vending machines.

Loved the welcome skin care products, peaceful environment, free classes for flower arrangement & onigiri making, super hot onsen (I only went once out of 6 nights), close to 2 subway stations, close to convenience stores, some restos around but pricey, pleasant staff, comfy bed, a bit darker in the room for me, fresh towels daily, all the essentials are provided for. We highly reccomend this place if you prefer calmness & no chaos environment compared to Dotombori area. Thanks so much to all the lovely staff & for the staff who kept our room clean during our stay.

The hotel atmosphere is amazing and relaxing. however the room is a little dull, it will be great to increase one more set of light on the living room. Also can upgrade the tv to smart tv if possible

We highly reccomend this place if you prefer calmness & no chaos environment compared to Dotombori area. Thanks so much to all the lovely staff & for the staff who kept our room clean during our stay.

Hotel was beautiful and clean and bigger for a japanese hotel. But it is too far from the main city area and not many food spots around- Area is more for business then tourists. Also lights needs to be able to brighten i understand the dimness is for relaxation but it should have the option to brighten
