Walkable from Mitaka Station, in a charming neighborhood.

This is only place to stay in Mitaka station, so I wasn’t expecting too much. It was comfortable, but far from the station.

Every member of the staff went out of their way to be extra helpful.

It was clean and convenient. But the room was visible from windows of the office building across from us, so we kept the curtain closed.

What a wonderful stay. You really don't want to miss out on the sizzler breakfast buffet. As an American I was horrified to learn it was a sizzler, but somehow Japan does everything perfect. I would go back without hesitation.

Nice sized rooms. Super friendly, english speaking staff. Breakfast buffet and salad bar well worth it. Extremely convenient location for visiting Yokogawa.

This was my second stay at the Richmond Hotel-Tokyo Musashino. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the Kichijoji area of Tokyo. It is within any easy walking distance of Mitaka Station. Their buffet-style restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is reasonably priced and the buffet has an abundance of selections. My room was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed my 2 week stay there.

Quiet and clean hotel. I am glad that I found this hotel in this area for my business stay. Lucky to be able to see those beautiful Ginkgo trees on my way to the hotel; a very pleasant walk from JR Mitaka Station.

The front desk staff promise to have my receipt ready for check out in the morning but it was not done it made me waste time in the morning when I had to leave for work quickly. I asked for them to give it to me the night before because I had already paid for it but they wanted me to pick it up in the morning. For what reason I do not understand.

Very convenient, friendly staff. Good options to eat nearby. A bit tight but good value for your money.

隣りの声が大きいと聞こえてくる事がありますが、夜の環境は静かで良いです。 他のホテルではベッドで腰が痛くなる事が多々あるのですが、ここのホテルのベッドは腰が痛くなる事が無く、寝やすかったです、
