酒店位置很近阪急嵐山站，但位置於河道中間，十分幽靜。 房間簡約風，但較大，設備也齊全，酒店設施不多但足夠。 這酒店為竉物友善酒店。

環境優美 人員訓練優雅 讓人感到溫暖 十分親切 讓人感到舒服 尤其這個非常時刻 對台灣人很好

冬天晚上會很冷哦，因為房間是附冷氣，其他都還不錯

第一次住宿要現場被收住宿稅的，訂房網不是都標榜不用再支付額外費用嗎?傻眼。 雖然床很舒服，房間很乾淨，但12點前不能讓客人寄放行李與加收住宿稅讓這次的住宿體驗很糟。 飯店說京都的規定，一個人收兩百日圓住宿稅，但我前一晚住京都市區也沒跟我收阿，到底?

we drive to there and the hoster are very nice to wait us for checking in because we are late. The host have try to contact us by email to ensure do we have any difficulties to getting there. he is a very nice host. And the hotel side. it is almost fair. It is clean and simple. if you are propose just live there for a night break. that is a perfect place. if you want to have some fun in the night. maybe you need to find others. Also, there is a public carpark just exactly next to the hotel. if you wanna to drive the there. it can be very nice for you

位置偏僻，離嵐山渡月橋走路10分鐘(小路，兩人無法並肩)，大件行李要去大馬路約15～20分鐘。並非在河濱(只有兩條水溝)，門口像待拆除的房屋。 房間簡潔、網路很快，地板黏黏的。

挺不錯的，我覺得飯店有點難找，雖然有點難找，但在路上遇到許多熱心的日本民眾，他們人都非常好的幫我們找飯店的路，真的是很棒的體驗，旅行，就該這樣。

It's conveniently located and within walking distance to many of the attractions.

Hotel was great, and very cheap for the space. It’s not luxurious but very comfortable. Good beds. Mini apartment really with little kitchenette. Staff attentive and had good English. Great location for monkey park (steep climb, be warned). Arashiyama is beautiful. Bamboo forest is pretty close at about 10-15 minutes walk away. Convenience store 300m away, right next to Hankyo railway (Arashiyama station) into Kyoto centre. I recommend Mizuki (very Kyoto-authentic restaurant); it’s a gem.

This was a nice hotel. Somewhat difficult to find, though. The attention to guests isn’t great. Left our garbage for them to take and it was still in our room when we returned at the end of the day. They offer free coffee, but ran out of cream and didn’t have any available for 2 days. Strange. Also, no front staff in the morning to ask questions.

The room was within walking distance from the bamboo forest and local restaurants. It was hard to find dining at night because some restaurants close early and you have to cross bridge to search for other restaurants. Too many gnats flying around. Gnats were also in the rooms. The staff were really nice and very helpful and patient.

The hotel was great it was tucked away between two waterways. I wish I could have opened the window to listen. Friendly to English only customers. Close to train station and the attractions we were interested in.

Clean, nice size room, excellent staff, and most of all close to the bamboo and monkey forest! Beauty everywhere ❤️ Definitely will come back!!!
