里康水晶酒店

I reserved a smoking room online but was told at the front desk that only eletrical cigarette is allowed. The smoking area out of the lobby is quite nice though please show this important information on website more obviously.

很大的空間

1.飯店位處偏僻地區，前往時要轉小路進去，晚上的時候感覺可怕。 2.房間空間算大，性價比算不錯。 3.離永旺夢樂城很近，開車過去大概5分鐘。

與實際照片差不多，應該是有歷史飯店，但乾淨附近又outlet，整體不錯

Overall great, receptionists are very nice and good service.

冷氣及冷氣濾網超髒而且還有蟑螂（被我處理了）。

空間是滿大的，但是房間燈光不夠明亮。浴室磁磚要小心走，感覺容易滑倒。

地點偏僻，自駕容易miss路口，房間有一點舊，廁所和洗手盆分開有點不方便，早餐食物種類很少，但這個價錢差不多了

the massage system in bathroom is not functioning is the only thing deducing the review of the room, other things are good

房間很大，但是飯店位置不好找

We are a family 2 adults with one baby 1 year old, we travel in Okinawa for 11 days and we spent our 2 nights in Crystal Hotel. It's nice the hotel room is spacious and the hotel provides free baby crib, however, the facilities in our room are below average in many aspects, for example, the jacuzzi button in our bathroom is broken (fallen off) and it's not able to work.. Our beds are big but they're slightly hard and they're not two "real" double beds instead, they're 4 twin beds combined into 2 double beds. Our breakfasts were included in our stays, however, we think the breakfasts were slight below average, we didn't get a lot of choices on the food, and we needed to wait in line for 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee at the coffee machine, and we couldn't get our baby chair because the hotel restaurant only have a few baby chairs to provide to the guests .. The check-in counter staffs are friendly but they cannot speak English which made a little inconvenient in the beginning, but in the end we completed our check-in without any problem.
