是期待中的日式旅館且空間大，晚間協助鋪床、非常貼心，早上的傳統日式早餐美味又豐富，非常推薦。

房間舊，但地點方便

酒店比較舊但地點方便，不過意想不到的是可在酒店旁免費泊車了。距離錦市場只需歩行五分种。另外，鄰近也有很多不錯的酒店。

Not big room, but clean. English level of the staff is not good. 15 min walk from nearest railway station. Quiet environment Traditional Japan style room.

櫃台可以再親切一點.沒笑容

Nice hotel but it is too far from the Train station! Shopping is easy because a local market nearby. Room is big but a bit too old.

地方大, 新, 有大浴缸! 職員有禮,英文流利 送welcome drinks 價廉物美! 比集團式的酒店好太多了

兩人入住，和室的空間很大，可以放三到四大行李箱不是問題。澡堂雖不算大，一次最多可容納六人，但洗澡洗來很舒服，我都１１點多去所以比叫沒人。地點離逛街市中心很近很方便，走五分鐘左右到京都四條通商圈。有提供wifi和公共蘋果電腦給住客使用。缺點：１床太硬不好睡。２枕頭也不是很舒服的那種。３退房時間有點早不能好好睡。

距離各名勝景點近，位於衹園、二條城、三條通、四條通的範圍中，交通方便，房間空間大，非常舒適，地點飲食方便，但卻又清靜悠雅，

市區巷子裡的地點，交通很方便服務人員輕切，有大澡堂，房型是日式的塌塌米很有日本風味，但設備稍微老舊如能上漆保養等會更棒

房間很大而且純日式風格，非常喜歡，工作人員打掃很仔細。交通也便利,離烏丸站7~10分鐘，意外發現錦市埸就在旁邊，很好地奌喔！

Staff were nice and helpful. Sound proofing was not good, we could hear people talking. Location's not bad, close to nishiki market.

很日式的酒店，没有体验过这种住宿，非常棒，特别是公共浴室，玩累了去泡一会儿很舒适，下次还选这家。

bad service. people can only speak a little English, and not helpful at all.

cold people at the front desk. We have 3 person but they gave me a small room. We can barely walk around. I asked if we can switch to a bigger room, they told me my room is the biggest. Since I stayed in this hotel in July for one night. The rooms were much bigger than this one. I told the I had a bigger room in July, and ask if tomorrow we caould have a bigger room. The man in the front desk say nothing ans ignore me. So finally we tayed in the same room for 3 nights. I will never stayed in this hotel again.

It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed. The housekeeping man broke into my room while I was changing and didn't say sorry at all. unbeliveable!! Since we were not informed the check out time is 10:00am (normally I think is 11:00),the hotel housekeeping even standing outside the room and asked my mother come out rudly when we were 30 mins late from checking out time. We paid NT6,000(per night), about USD185, but the service was much much worse than a cheap hotel.

Terrible hotel, The rooms are dirty. There were even gabbage from last customer.
