住宿環境方面十分之寧靜，很舒服，房間算大。因有免費駐車場，自駕遊十分之方便。服務員亦十分之友善親切。

整體非常滿意，員工有善,環境優美,早晚餐非常美味,地方清潔,如果附近有些便利商店或商店會更好,值回票價..

英語流利的前枱是日式旅館少有。現在酒店正翻新，故有部份浴場沒有開放，中庭也是封閉狀態，但房中浴室也很舒服。房間有日式庭園景式，秋季有紅葉非常怡人，窗邊是小桌子有和菓子和綠茶供應非常舒服。房中有保濕機非常適合日本乾燥氣候，可惜翌早我才發現，若果服務員可以代開啟保濕機就更好。 希望翻新完畢我可以再次入住。

the location is easy to find and there are some nice restaurants nearby that the hotel stuff will friendly recommend for you. However, the hot spring is not that big enough, other than that, the view is great if you like the forest. We have car, so it's fine. If you don't have car, they will have shuttle bus to the nearest subway station. I suggest those who want to drive a car and try not to stay far away from the city.

It is a nice traditional japanese ryokan. Staff speaks fluent English n they are very polite and patient to guests. The decoration is nice and the ryokan is maintained new. The ryokan provides a really great environment and facilities for us to experience traditional japanese living. There is no critic to the ryokan. Nice!!!

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. However you are sleeping on the floor, we knew this before coming but didn’t realise how thin the futons would be. The dinner was okay, very traditional experience but not for me (although my partner enjoyed it). Very peaceful place. Would recommend booking a private session in the onsen if you are uncomfortable going in there nude as they don’t allow swimsuits.

Amazing experience. Deluxe room was perfect with the private hot tub if you want to be able to have a hot tub after getting back from a long day or right before bed.

Parking on site. Rooms are accommodating. Enjoyed an in room massage. Beautiful outdoor patio and tub. Would book again.

Very friendly, lovely atmosphere. We all really enjoyed dressing for our evening meal. Big variation of sea food if you're that way inclined. Unfortunately no bar to relax in after the evening meal. Overall very nice.

Excellent option for families that want to experience a more authentic Ryokan and combine nature and calmness. Perfect for one night. Eating options were limited around the area. Bus station was very close. Pool is only open during summer. Onsen was open early morning which was nice and convenient.

Great experience and wonderful and friendly staff. Property is bit remote so will have to walk for anything but overall great experience.

Best experience in a hotel. Large public bath, large room overlooking a beautiful garden, kind and helpful staff. Chose the dinner and breakfast option, which was fantastic. Many art pieces decorate the hotel corridors, and it feels like you are transported to the past. A small tea ceremony in the lobby in the morning. This ryokan is worth the extra distance. I wish I could have stayed more than two nights!

Highly recommend this hotel if you want to experience a traditional Japanese accomodation! The ambiance is very welcoming and warm! I loved the food so much and also onsen with its beautiful scenery! Hotel’s meal was served traditionally and was very much worth the price! Good quality with amazing staff! There is also a shuttle in the mornings that makes your commute easier! Hotel is 5 minutes walk from the bus station.

It was a scenic view from the hotel to the mountains and staff were polite and respectful

We enjoyed eastern-style room. Very clean. Mini fridge and filled, ready-to-serve hot water dispenser in room for tea or instant ramen was nice. Near bus stop. Mile or more walk to dining or 7-11. Due to limited open hours and our failure to pre-book dining on site, we did not use the on site spring water baths.

Such an amazing experience, room was very beautiful along with the surrounding area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They alao had a shuttle which brought you into the city and they also sold day passes for the metro which was a plus for us! We would definitely recommend to others and come back again!
