Nice lobby with coffee machine and water dispenser. Staff is quick, efficient and very polite. The Oisen of this hotel is clean and tradition but not very large and diversified. So they offered you to enjoy the oisen of another modern hotel for free - that hotel oisen is super large and new, and premium. The booking offered free dinner - traditional Japanese dinner in complete setup! Taste is good, and service is good. I appreciated they always serve nice tea leaf at room with tea table setup. Location is close to station and the traditional shopping streets plus other attraction, very conveneient. Overall is good.

The Hotel locates very close to the food market and the morning market and is super convenient. Staff services are excellent! The dinner is delicious. I added on a local beef ﹙飛驒牛﹚on grill with a price of JPY5,300. It was the best beef that I had during the trip. The hot spring bath inside the hotel is a bit small but you can enjoy an outside pool on the top floor of its sister hotel where is just 5 mins on foot. Over there, you can have a fantastic bird's-eye view. I luckily did not miss out this golden chance. However, the room is very small that I was almost unable to open my two ultra large suitcases. If I knew the size before, I would have reserved a larger size room, of course, at a higher room price. I have no doubt to recommend this hotel to others.
