Property was good, but i found grtting around the area inconvinient as everything was far away from each other. However there is a extensive tourist bus system so you could get to everywhere you wanted to go, it would just tske time

It is a hostel in a fairly convenient location near Kawaguchiko Station. We stayed in the upstairs room that sleeps 6. They have a pad that was not very comfortable. Since we only had 3 people we doubled up our sleeping pads. Ceiling was extremely low especially by the steep stairs. Bathrooms and showers were on the first floor. Clean but getting up and down the stairs in the middle of night was not convenient. Had to go up a flight of stairs to check in as well. The one saving grace was the view in the morning.

The staff were, friendly, helpful and willing. The place itself was spotlessly clean, both my room and the facilities. It is within an easy walk of the train and bus stations as well as Kawaguchiko Lakeside. I couldn't have asked for better accommodation, would definitely stay there again.

No front desk and lack of public spaces spoils the experience a bit. There was a confusion during my checkin and instead of answering my call or sending a clear email with checkin instructions, I had to spend 30 mins on whatsapp typing to the operator.

レイトチェックイン時の方法のメールが来てなくて、無人チェックインの仕方がわからず、電話もつながらなくてかなり苦労しました。遅い場合は事前に連絡をと書いてありましたが、今回のように想定外でその日に遅れることがわかる場合もあるので、みんなにメールで知らせておくべき。 部屋は清潔でした。ただ、外の廊下や洗面所の声が部屋内にまですごく響いてきました。

Es muy bonito y muy bien ubicado el único inconveniente son las escaleras para entrar si llevas una maleta grande resulta terrible por lo demás lo recomiendo mucho precioso!!!!

L’hébergement est propre et bien équipé, mais très mal insonorisé. Il est également bien situé, à proximité d’une gare et de commerces.

とても居心地がよく、ぐっすり眠れました！

チェックインの際iPadで入力するのですが、予約取る際にも入れた個人情報を再度入力しないといけなくてそれがめちゃくちゃ手こずりました。 2段ベッドもグッラグラで寝返りをうつのも少し怖い感じ…。 熱消毒してるって書いてましたが、掛け布団カバーが本っ当に臭くてビックリしました。 生乾き臭とか汗臭いとかでは無い様なゴミ屋敷にこの布団ありましたか？みたいな本当に生理的に無理な臭いでした。 ファブリーズをしましたがなかなか取れず…。 ベッドメイキングしてる際に臭いなって思わなかったのかな…？ 後はファミリー部屋に泊まられる方に注意書きか何かして欲しいなって思いました。 ライブから帰ってきて友達同士テンションが上がられてるのか知らないですかみんな寝静まった夜中に大きな笑い声･大きな声での喋り声が聞こえてきました…。 車通るだけでも揺れたり、玄関の扉や階段を上る度に揺れたりするのでお値段が安いから壁も薄い点は仕方ないかなとは思いますが、チェックインした時にいらした男性の接客が良かっただけあってこの上記の数点はすごい惜しいなと思いました。 それ以外は施設系であんまり気になる所はなかったかなとは思います。 1部屋ずつにイラスト付きのメッセージも付いていていいホテルかなと思います。 気にならない方なら泊まるだけだしいいと思います！ 私も布団の異臭以外は泊まるだけなので安いしまた利用出来たらなとは思います。

This place isn’t far from bus station. Can see FujiSan view from room. Room is ok.

Nice room, Nice Toilet, Self Checkin with Tablet You must self checkin at tablet. English is difficult to type you must press left bottom and can type in English. Great room they have bag for put money inside. Lovely Hotel.

価格〜考えると清潔でWi-Fiがありなかなか泊まりやすいです😄ありがとうございました(*^^*)

綺麗で特に不満がなかった

良い点：安くてきれい、必要最低限の設備があること 悪い点：壁が薄いこと。東南アジアのホテルでも感じたことのないペラペラ感、レオパレスの3倍は聞こえてくる。

設備は特に問題なし。この値段でドミトリーやカプセルホテルではなく個室に泊まるのは素晴らしい。 事前に壁が薄く物音が聞こえるというレビューを見ていたが、ドミトリーに宿泊経験があるので多少の物音は気にならないと思っていた。 しかしながら深夜に騒ぐ客がいて迷惑だった。スタッフがおらず無人のため、注意されないことをいいことにやりたい放題やっているようでした。 自分は耳栓を持参していたので問題ありませんでしたが、こういう客と居合わせるということも覚悟して泊まるべきかと。

四角い部屋の床に布団を敷いて寝るシステム。2泊で、シーツとタオル交換・ゴミ捨てはなく、歯ブラシセットも1個。設備は清潔で整っており十分快適でした。
