鐵道在飯店旁邊，晚上會聽見疾駛而過的聲音，怕吵的旅客不好入眠。 房間本身安靜且舒適，2天清潔一次，床鋪舒適。 全飯店洗衣機只有2台，如果遇上洗好衣服不拿走的旅客會很困擾。

服務很好，櫃檯人員很有耐心聽您的需求，退房後也讓我們寄放行李，唯一缺點是空間稍小，整體來說還是很滿意😆

Clean and modern

駅からすぐでアクセスが最高でした。お部屋は綺麗でバスタブがかくシャワールームしかありませんでしたが、快適に過ごせました。朝食も美味しかったです。

I'm giving a four-star rating for location location: - very convenient location it's literally right next to the Suidobashi station amazingly convenient Staff: - Like other high-quality Japan's hotel, the front desk staff are professional, helpful, beautiful, and handsome. Room: - We got a Queen Room, Non Smoking. it's surprising quiet event with the railway right next to us. The room has everything you need and want to the quality standard. It's also clean as expected for Japan's hotel. But here's the catch, because of its location, the room will not feel spacious if for couples/husband and wife, not to mention if you have a family of 4. So, if you plan to stay, then make sure to get a room bigger than the Queen Room if you have a big family. If you're traveling by yourself, the Queen Room is the way to go. Breakfast: - As the saying goes, don't skip breakfast. This is true for this Hotel as well. Their breakfast is not the top of the world, but it's still amazingly great for a quick morning refresher. In my opinion, I know there are tons of options around this hotel, but since you're there already might as well get the full package. Key takeaway, if you're there first time, first day and need a convenient place to stay to prep for your long or short trip, this place could be one of your options

Lovely feeling as we entered, warm, gorgeous botanical scent, kind staff, clean rooms. Good use of space in small room.

The staff was amazing but the beds are too uncomfortable and a bit small for 3 people the ac does not cool enough and the bathroom just has a curtain that does not cover all the way so you don’t have privacy to shower.

東京ドームにあるイベントに参加の為宿泊しました。荷物も預かっていただき、スタッフの方々の優しさにも触れました。 また宿泊したいです。

Room was clean and staff was friendly. The hotel is just a couple steps away from the subway line making it very convenient to access.Double bed was comfy but there was pretty cramped to open a large suitcase, let alone the two that we had.
