Great hotel near the Ito Campus of Kyushu University. The staff is extremely courteous and professional, and the rooms are really nice. The on-site onsen (Japanese traditional bath) is a big plus. Great hotel!

Really enjoyed our one-night stay here! It was very comfortable and the onsen was lovely. The carpark is very conveniently right outside of the building and there was a convenience store right across the road. Would love to return!

Room is a bit small. Barely enough space for 2 adult. Got to keep luggages closed after use.

There is a good spa. Good location to stay!

The staff, are excellent , kind and courteous . My car broke down and they really helped me out . The hotel is lovely, clean and modern . Breakfast is good . You do need a car to stay here as it’s a little isolated with not much around . The staff however are amazing . Nice public bath, laundry .

Amazing hotel, upscale modern Japanese feel. Excellent staff and facility. Central location. High end room finishings and appliances. Was very impressed would stay again any time.

I wish they have side walk to the hot spring across the street. There is not much light and I fell down from top of stairs.

部屋からのWifiはつながりが悪いのでワーケーションは厳しく、ラウンジとかでのみになるかとおもいましたが、お風呂場前のラウンジはほとんど人がいなく快適でした。 残念な点は、今回は2週間の長期滞在だったので、ホテル隣接のパーキングは滞在客、食事客など様々使うので、優先的に使えるようにスペース確保を依頼しましたが、お客様に優劣はつけておりませんと言われて断られました。　一方で、同時期に、某N放送局の朝のドラマの撮影クルーも泊まっていて、そこには優先的に隣接駐車場の1番いいところを確保していて、私を含む他の客が遠くのスペースや離れた駐車場を使わざるを得ない状況が1週間以上ありました。とても残念な対応でした。ホテル側の忖度なのか、クルー側の問題なのか。それ以外は施設の便利さ、清潔さなど申し分はありません。

Nice and clean

A great hotel. Nice and clean. The only complaint we had was that the speed of Wi-Fi internet was slow.

The breakfast menu is the same every day and I got tired of it since I stayed for 8 days. If a part of the menu changes every day, that would be great.

Pro: Very convenient and near 7-11 Cons: a little bit itchy for the bedsheet , not sleep very well

New hotel with a lovely modern yet comfortable design. Loved the hotel room, public bath (sento), dinner buffet, and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff providing excellent service. The hotel is kept very clean and tidy! Would definitely stay here again 💯

New property in a convenient area. Hakata station is within 10 mins walk. There are alot of restaurants around the property too.
