Shell-Nell Namba By Wbf

I will not stay here anymore after my reservation finished! Not for second time and the future also! This is the first time after all capsules hostel I stayed in the past. They do not allow us bring our luggage to our room. Isn't like the room so small. It's bigger and so much space than the others capsules hostel I stayed in the past! Check in it's 5 p.m , no breakfast also check out 10 a.m. Usually check in it's about 2.pm or 3 p.m and check out it's 11 a.m. I try to accept their check in and check out rules. But the rules for luggage. It's ridiculous! Big no. Thanks!

Nice as always. Classy facilities within a very reasonable price. A walking distance to Dotonbori, Namba St, Denden town. The adjacent Lawson store is also very handy. But one have to consider all of the limitations for a capsule hotel: i.e. bagage management handling hassle, and check out limit at 10am. All in all: quite a cozy and cozy place.

Its location, staff and cleanliness are superb. Unsatisfying things is they don't have elevator and we need to keep our lugage at 1st floor which make difficult to manage our things. I don't like the matrass, thin and hard.

this place is beyond my expectation,so awesome,clean and the staffs are so nice..i will back to here if I go to japan again...very recommended

Good location and provide all amenities example towel, pajamas, slipper, toilet amenity and so on. I stay 3 consecutive days and no need to check out every day and stay in the same room. Next trip I will come back to stay at Shell-Nell.

Place is nice. Amenities are complete. Place have enough shower room and toilets. The place is also walking distance in Namba Station.

Classy styled but not high priced. Just minutes of walk to Denden Town and Dotonbury. Recommended. PS. Must be smart in managing stuff (briefcase etc) as it will be in a separate partof the hotels.

Staffs are informative and friendly. They made sure you do understand the information with smiley face. The place is clean and very comfortable.

Great stay, clean, futuristic room.
