Actually overall staff were very polite, only this fo staff I believe his name is Morikawa, he checked us in smoking room, when we went back down he insisted we booked smoking rooms and blamed Expedia made an mistake and often do that. Also he insisted there were no non smoking room left until 1/1. We were having hard time breathing in the room, had to make international call to Expedia waste our time and money to solve this. Thanks to Expedia customer service was able to straight this out for us, but hotel fo staff really need to be more professional.
