Shibuya Stream: Perfect Location and Unmatched Convenience. Shibuya Stream boasts an excellent location with a welcoming ambiance that makes your stay truly enjoyable. The hotel offers super easy access, directly connected to the station bridge and conveniently situated above a mall with plenty of restaurants. Iconic landmarks like the Shibuya Scramble Crossing, Hachiko statue, and Shibuya Sky Building are all just a short walk away. Our room even featured a stunning view of Tokyo Tower! Cleanliness is impeccable, and the overall experience makes this hotel highly recommended for anyone visiting Tokyo.

Located at the city centre of shibuya. The double bedroom is extremely clean and neat. The supplies are adequate and in high quality. Overall the staying experience is amazing.

交通方便，環境大致舒適，但辦理入住時前台忘記交還其中一本護照給我，還是我上了房間再下樓詢問她才留意到，簡單嚴重錯誤，以這種級數的酒店來說太不專業，必須責成。
退房時間上午11點比較早，曾於訂房remark 要求稍為延遲退房只回覆ok但要加錢，其他酒店通常回覆可酌情延遲一兩小時或房間真沒空缺，住了很多次酒店還是第一次收到這種rude回覆，感覺上不太有人情味,沒下次

酒店房間紙巾差唔多用完，以為早上執完房會refill, 可是晩上回酒店都沒有補充，可能酒店認為要用到一張都冇先可以加，以致我哋要落去reception攞一卷廁紙，另外熨斗通常可以攞回房間熨皮服，等check out就交還，但這間酒店要客人出出面燙衫十分之不方便，酒店應該有足夠嘅熨斗給酒店住客
