Beautiful and big room facing the sea

Hotel staff are nice and hospitable. Room is large compared to most Japan hotel rooms. And there is seaview where you can watch beautiful sunrise on the balcony. There is 24-hour free shuttle bus where you can take to other 3 hotels (of the same hotel group) to enjoy their onsens. Onsens are amazing. Would definitely visit again sometime this year.

Nice room with reasonable price. The room is roomy and with good view of the harbour. Food are good also.

Quite far from the city, 15 mins walk to the convenient store, no other restaurants nearby except hotel dining.

Hospitable services from friendly professional staff. Shuttle bus service was prompt in sending us to nearby group hotels for hotspring and to and fro bus terminal. We were offered complimentary alcholic drinks for our anniversary. Thanks to their thoughtfulness.

It's located in the tip of Sumoto (1.5-2 hrs drove from Kobe. South to Awaji), the hotel is not the closet to the city but also because of its location, tranquilly is much guaranteed. Sumoto is famous for onsens, on 6/F of the hotel it got an onsen with perfect harbour view. Our room is also on the 6th, a private outdoor jacuzzi is offered! It has 2 big balconies, big TV, comfy mattress, aroma diffuser, coffee machine and even face masks! Spa, massage chairs and kids area are available on respective floors. We had 'half board' (means breakfast and dinner included) and both are delicately served! For non Japanese speakers it might be a bit hard to communicate but the staff is SUPER friendly and nice and is making every effort to get the message across!

今回 6階の露天風呂付きのお部屋で宿泊しました。 眺めも最高で 綺麗で 温度もいい温度でした サプライズで ケーキを頼んでいていいサービスでしたが、 ご飯のコースがくるのが遅く ケーキを頼んでいた時間を余裕出過ぎそうでした(；-；) ドリンク頼んでも来ず、、 スタッフ内での 伝達ができていないのか、 ちんぷんかんぷんな事をきかれたりしました。 まあ、それ以外は良かったのでこの評価です

景觀非常好，房間很大，很適合自駕遊，如果你喜歡溫泉的話，這裏是很好的選擇，因為可以去很多不同的溫泉，都是免費的

我們住的客房是頂層面海及有室外露天溫泉的，望着海境享受溫泉。服務更令人滿意，要求多一個枕頭，拿了兩個不同種類的給我選擇。雖然酒店不大，但令人感覺很relax !

Hot Spring! Not only in the hotel itself but residents could enjoy hot springs in the nearby hotels which is under the same group. Remember to reserve dinner cause there not a lot to eat around the hotel.

房間偏大,且乾淨整結. 員工有禮, 早餐不錯, 有日式或西式選擇, 亦另有buffet 選擇 可以在旗下其他酒店享用温泉

酒店新淨，房間闊大，設備齊全，座向亦佳(向海或遊艇會)，早餐豐富且坐位舒適，接駁專車前往附近溫泉設施亦非常方便，性價比高，整體而言，有機會的話是會再度入住的。

房間很大，還有向海的陽台，但是溫泉很小。不過可以在其集團下的其他酒店使用溫泉，還有專車接送。有室外的溫泉，可以觀星看海，一流。
