The a/c/ controls were old and hard to use. They provided a flyer as to how to use it but it was still awkward.

The hotel being so close to the train station was a major plus! There were also tons of dining and shopping options in and outside the hotel area. The staff were very friendly and the room was nice.

Nice breakfast

Beautiful hotel with outstanding service. The breakfast in the morning is worth every penny. The only draw back is the price and size of the room. The room was clean but extremely small. We had 2 twin beds. If you plan on sleeping in the same bed as your spouse, not going to happen unless you both are under 50 kilos. The rooms appear to have been renovated in the 80s. For 2 nights it was over $700. The cost didnt match the room. Again, the service feom everyone was top notch, just a bit let down on the room.

Lovely hotel and yes it is very busy at times but the location is perfect in my opinion. Especially because of the transport links and taxi hub and location to the airport.

All was good. However no room service and no food anywhere in the hotel after evening. That’s was very inconvenient

Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent! Has both Japanese and Western breakfast. Both were excellent, the breakfast at the hotel could well be the highlight of this trip to Shinagawa! Thanks

Enjoyed view from room, comfortable although was smaller room than what we expected so a bit tight with luggage. Breakfast quality very good, tons of offerings but of course, quite an ordeal with so many people staying at this extremely large hotel.

Hotel was very central. All staff were super friendly and room was very nice.

Terrible Customer Service – Refused to Refund My Money I had an awful experience with Shinagawa Prince Hotel. I booked a stay but, unfortunately, I wasn’t able to check in. Despite reaching out multiple times and explaining the situation, the hotel flat-out refused to refund my money. I paid over HKD 4,000, and now it’s completely gone. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, showing no empathy or willingness to resolve the issue. For a hotel of this size and reputation, I expected much better. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value good service and fair treatment, look elsewhere.

静かで駅にも近く買い物や食事をするのにも便利なところが気に入りました。バスルームも清潔で広くていいのですが、難点は床のタイル。洗面台が高いので洗顔をする時にどうしても水が床に飛び散ったり、シャワーの後も床が濡れその為、床が滑りやすくドキッとすることが何度かありました。それとアメニティ―が歯ブラシのみでしたがシャワーキャップがあればなと思いました。最後にお部屋でくつろぐ時にコーヒーが欲しかったです。拝見してますと外国人観光客がとても多いようで、コーヒーは必需品ではないでしょうか。コンビニで買えばいいのでしょうが、コーヒーの出ないホテルは初めてでした。

If you want to stay near Shinagawa, this is the place. Very convenient, close to the station and has enough shops and dining options near by, you won't be wanting for anything. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Station was very close so made it easy to move around areas. Also cleanliness and job that there cleaners do when outside of room is awesome 10/10 recommend

Absolutely fabulous location. So close to Shinagawa Station. I regret not pre-purchasing the breakfast buffet. The hotel price for the buffet was 4400 yen pp but I will admit it was an outstanding buffet. We also used the smaller, Japanese Breakfast buffet- same price but only Japanese options which we thoroughly enjoyed! Hotel was pricey but its location was so worth the additional cost.

A convenient location, with some shopping and many dining options
