交通方便，只是品川車站近期在施工中有點麻煩。 我住在住樓，房間冷氣溫度是沒辦法調的有點熱，枕頭太軟幾乎等於沒枕頭。 房間還算大的，在東京這樣的地方，這個房型的房間算大了。 整體就是舒適

環境佳,交通方便,房間乾淨,附近生活機能豐富,離機場只要3０分不到,很難找到比這個更好的選擇了

每次工幹出差都會選擇品川王子， 因為地點非常方便， 3分鐘就能夠走路到品川站。 酒店雖然有點舊了， 但是舒適度都正常。 浴室乾淨， 洗澡水壓非常好。

I suspect this hotel is quite old; the facilities are outdated and have an old-fashioned style. They don't use key cards to turn on the electricity, and the air--conditioning system has a non-modern switch, making it difficult to adjust the cooling. We are staying in a 3-guest room, the layout of the room is super awkward and not accessible-friendly. There isn't enough space to accommodate 3 pieces of luggage. Since it's likely a commercial area, there aren't many stores, restaurants or convenience stores nearby, the area become quiet soon after 8pm.

大型酒店,人流很多,有24時間7-11在2/F., 寄存行李很方便

大堂接待員禮貌欠佳，未能提供應有服務水準，對已訂房間沒有正確配合要求，反而用惡劣態度回應。

Great location, easy access to most places in the city. Room isn’t too small even it is old, but it has great water pressure. Service attitude is very good

酒店職員服務態度好

交通便利，缺點是飯店太老舊，硬體設備應更新，價錢不便宜。 第一次在日本住飯店在房間裡面有小蟑螂！

36樓景觀非常美可以看到不確定是不是晴空塔或東京塔

Shinagawa Prince is no doubet one of my favourite hotel in Tokyo, easy access and tons of food selections around. Most importantly, you won't hear any noise at night. I woke up by my own alarm, not by noisy train or car traffic. That's the most wonderful thing during a business traffic. You get a full quality sleep.

整體都不錯！只是附近都在施工中，難免有點掃興！
