新宿华盛顿酒店ANNEX（别馆）

Within 20-30mins walking distance from Shinjuku station, with direct tunnelway access, which is great if the weather is bad outside Also, the room is spaceous, and TV has internet access to Netflix, YouTube etc Will definitely choose to stay here again next time

睡床舒適，交通方便

距離JR新宿站太遠，走路15分，天氣熱的時候太辛苦。而且房間馬桶沖水有問題，衛生紙不太能沖走

The room is small. The location is acceptable regarding access to transportation. Front staff are not helpful.

所有都很好，就是房間的冷氣不夠凍，幾天睡到半夜都滿頭大汗熱醒了。

the luggage room is not big enough to meet the demand of customers. No space to store luggage even though I went there at 1030.

車站步行到酒店都有一段距離，但係地方容易尋找，附近亦有美食街，在商業區晚上較為寧靜，別館大門在內街，夜晚出入要小心。 先進取房咭設施快捷方便。 房間開到兩個篋，尚算方便。

交通方便,如天氣不好,可走地下通道直達新宿站;自助早餐豐富,餐廳環境不錯.

酒店所有都不錯，惟房間較狹小。

it takes around 10 min from the JR station to the hotel. the surrounding area is quiet, away from the city centre. there is a convenience store downstair. the room is good for one person. clean and quiet. the staff is nice. recommended

Room is neat and ralatively big in Tokyo, but a bit distance from the train station

Reserved twin room which is spacious . There is no daily cleaning. would be better if the hotel provided simple vacuum cleaning service especially in toilet . There is also not enough USB charging spots in the room, and sometimes the chargers don’t work. our phones ended up not charging for the whole night. Overall experience is okay at this price and location .

整體環境都不錯，房間很大，如果床頭櫃能有充電設備會更好，房內充電的地方不太夠用

The condition of the hotel is good. It needs 10 mins walk from JR shijuku. Everything is fine. Airport bus stop is located at the front of main buildings.

CP值普通，整體飯店看起來很新，離新宿車站不遠，明明網路上預約的名稱是本館，入房時卻被安排到別館，讓人疑惑

**Location:** The hotel is quite far from JR station, at least a 15-20 minute walk. This is challenging, especially if you're carrying shopping bags. **Staff:** Unfortunately, the staff were not very friendly or helpful, except the ladies at the information desk. One rainy evening, I wanted to seek help to the male staff at reception to call a restaurant for availability, as it was a long walk (18 minutes) and raining . We want to check the status before going consider the weather was not good . When we went back to reception , staff nicely helped . Staffs at reception are not friendly as a whole . **Amenities:** The amenities were very limited; for instance, there was no shower cap provided . **Cleanliness:** Cleaning service was only available upon request, which was inconvenient. Overall, my experience at this hotel was average . Luckily there is hotel shuttle to airport .

Nice hotel. Good room size.

房間設備相較於其他飯店較為老舊，但服務人員的服務態度很好。

There is a bus station outside the hotel for the bus from Haneda Airport. It's so convenient.
