Service was great and amenities were provided close to the subway.

The staff was helpful however, we had to move our room because it reeked of cigarette smoke. Even if you are not on the smoking floors, you can smell it in the hallways and possibly your room. The place is very brown and dull, it feels dirty.

Nearby cafes are affordable and value for money

The location was perfect - close to lots of restaurants and easy transportation. The room is very clean and also very small.

Since I love Jimbocho, its location is perfect for me! all the bookstores and cafes I planned to visit are just a few steps away, 3 metro train lines are nearby as well, I wasn't feeling quite well but I could go back to hotel for a rest easily, just 15mins to Shibuya on Hanzomon line. The room I stayed was quite clean and comfy enough, but the ventilation in the bathroom wasn't good, wet towel wasn't dried up at all overnight, it left some unpleasant musty smell; amenities are plenty, i especially love the sweet black tea and all the bath salt. It was a shame about the ventilation problem in the bathroom, because apart from that, I really liked the experience! hope it can be improved, I would like to stay there again.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Easy access to train stations, food and stores.

This hotel met our needs for traveling with our baby. The room is small as expected for similar hotels in the city but is kept clean and in great working order. The staff is helpful and the location is great if looking for a quiet area away from busy / louder areas. Subway nearby along with dining options.

Easy check in! They also received a package for me prior to my arrival, and had it set aside ready for me upon arrival. Wonderful, friendly staff!

Place was small enough for me and had enough places to eat and walk around and enjoy myself for the duration of the stay.

The breakfast is pretty bad, so much so I didn't bother with it for the final two days. Digital check-in also means you have to figure out the room cleaning system by yourself.

I've used this hotel company before and haven't been this disappointed before. The staff were welcoming and kind but the facilities were dust-covered. My AC was spitting dust. There was dust coming from the air purifier. The carpet and behind the TV was dusty. The bathroom had hair on the floor. The bed feel damp and dusty. I won't be using this location again. Jimbocho station is close but difficult to get to from Tokyo station. Ochanomizu station feels like a long walk in the summer heat. The bookstores, food, and 2nd hand shops are the hotel were amazing but I don't think I'd recommend the hotel because of the cleanliness.
