The clear glass bathroom door makes no sense whatsoever??!! There were uncomfortable beanbag pillows. The rooms were too small to be considered doubles. When we left both optional cleaning and change towels cards on the door in error, the cleaning staff defaulted to the least work involved option and just changed the towels. Otherwise they offered lots of complimentary products such toothbrushes, teas and coffees at reception and the location was excellent with stores, restaurants and metro station nearby

Simple business hotel conveniently located near Shimbashi station. Good price per night and the nearby breakfast option was great as well.

Excellent hotel for exploring Tokyo. Location is very close to Shimbashi station, plethora of small restaurants FamilyMart and Lawson around the corner. We had 2 rooms on the 15 floor with view of Tokyo Tower. Room, bathrooms very clean, with small fridge and kettle. The rooms are tiny but adequate for 2 people. Highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location But very very small rooms.

Great location with very friendly staff. Close to the train station and it was very convenient to nearby food and attractions. But the room is incredibly small, to the point where it was difficult to find space to open our suitcase. Would come back again, but maybe when I have less luggage.

Hotel near Shimbashi Station. A bit confusing to find because it’s down a narrow street. Many restaurants along the road from the station. However people & animals spilled garbage along the road - it was very dirty for Japan standards. Average Room size and amenities.

The hotel has a fantastic location just a few minutes walk from Shimbashi station, and there is no shortage of places to eat around it. Having a Lawsons directly attached to the hotel makes it incredibly convenient (And dangerous for late-night impulse purchases). Can't recommend this enough absolutely loved my stay!

I stayed at this hotel and it was very convenient to the train station and local restaurants, and met some wonderful people in the area. But, when I booked the hotel the picture was deceptive as it was extremely small for two people & difficult to move around the room. It was fine for one person, but not two people. It was a fine hotel, nice location, but area around the hotel in the AM was dirty as they had no garbage dumps for the local restaurants and found lots of garbage on the streets from the birds disturbing the garbage cans. But, I felt very fine and safe in the area and the people in the area were nice.

Was perfect staff was helpful when needed. Everything was explained clearly. Laundry machine and microwave was great to have on several floors. Very close to station

Small, simple design room. Affordable for Tokyo. Our room had a view of Tokyo Tower. Clean. Walkable, close to Shimbashi station.

Enjoyed our stay at Sotetsu Fresa. Clean property and very convenient location to where we were visiting.

Excellent service. Allowed me to leave suitcase with them 2 days before I check in.

The location was good , because metro was close. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast didn't have big choice, but was good anyway.
