毎年使っているが今年は部屋着もなくコーヒーカップのコースターの紙が濡れて歪んでいるのに3日間替えられてなかった

ヘアアイロンなど普段のホテルでは見かけないものを貸していただけてとても重宝しました。みなさんとても良くしてくれて 泊まって本当によかったです。

It's just 10mins walking to Minato Mirai area. There are a lot of shopping and restaurants. Also to get the nearest train station is just one min.I'd use this hotel again when I come back to Japan!

Good budget hotel

Nice quiet hotel in a great location near the port. There is an entrance to the local subway line right in front of the hotel, so it is very convenient for transportation. It is also within close walking distance to all the waterfront parks and several shopping areas. All the staff were very kind and friendly, and everything was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very good basic hotel. The staffers don't speak much English, but with the automated terminal checking in/out wasn't a problem. As far as the hotel condition goes, it could overall use some updatting but otherwise it's clean and comfortable. Breakfast is basic, but for my needs it was plenty and it was a great start on my day. The location is great, near the waterfront, two train stations and Yokohama City Hall is right down the street. No problems; if you don't need fancy and don't want to spend a lot of money then all things considered this hotel is perfect.

Convenient access to Keikyu rail line with service to both Yokohama Station and Haneda Airport -- They include a big healthy breakfast with many options, which helped us a lot on the day we left for the airport.

The hotel is ver Clean, convenient location for subway or walking 12 minutes to restaurants. Feel very safe , great for value, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Room was quite good and the price was better than hotels like it in Tokyo.

This was my second time staying here for work due to it's great location for Minato Mirai and the rest of the bay area, a super short walk from Bashamichi station on the Blue line. The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were great. I've stayed in other hotels around Sakuragicho and this hotel is my preferred pick due to how quiet it is compared with the others.
